Baradroid – Lost Data: Director’s Cut is now available — and it’s free

After the release of Baradroid, many players were left frustrated.
The game had been announced with a much broader scope — and while we did our best with what we had, the final version didn’t match the expectations we had set.
We had promised to release Caleb’s route, which was fully planned and partially developed — but in the end, it didn’t make it into the final game.
Over time, with more setbacks and reflection, we came to understand that there’s no reason to keep pushing a project that faced so many challenges and ultimately left players disappointed.
Still, we didn’t want to walk away in silence.
Baradroid—Lost Data: Director’s Cut is now available as free DLC. It features fully voiced scenes from the original demo—a feature later cut so we could move forward to development.
Please note:
There is no new gameplay, and NSFW scenes are not voiced. This release focuses entirely on narrative moments from the early version of the game.
This is not a continuation — it’s a farewell. A final gesture of care and honesty for everyone who believed in Baradroid.
We also want to thank the voice actors who gave these scenes their emotional depth. Bringing these characters to life wouldn’t have been possible without their incredible work. Even in a small release like this one, their performances added depth, emotion, and personality to each scene.
Thank you to each of you:
— Aife_VA for giving Morgan such a sharp, emotional presence.
— Shay-Ki Fullalove for bringing strength and subtlety to Ayden’s synthetic soul.
— Quenton Jones for capturing Niko’s charm with authenticity and heart.
— LilyYasudaVA for voicing Caleb with softness, mystery, and depth.
— And to Zip, our quirky synthetic voice created with ElevenLabs — you still have personality, even without a heart.
We’re genuinely grateful. Your work means the world to us.
Thank you our community too for supporting our work. This one’s for you.
