- Added framerate limiter for menu.

- Executor stats nerfed for better balance.

- Fixed issue with formation attacks at a distance.
- Fixed issue with tutorial healing area that couldn't be completed after saving or hero death.
- Fixed issues with Freeze spell when an enemy unit was casting an ability.
- Fixed grid line issue in the scenario editor.
