[h3]Why does the game have an anti-addiction authentication system[/h3]
The version of [生死狙击2-国服] is a Chinese server version set up for Chinese players, and has passed the online game approval of the National Press and Publication Administration of China. The anti-addiction authentication set in the game is the mandatory real-name authentication of the Chinese server version in accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Press and Publication Administration of China, in order to restrict minors entering the game and prevent them from long-term addiction effect on online games.
[h3]Why global players are also restricted by the anti-addiction system[/h3]
Since [生死狙击2-国服] currently only enables the Chinese server for players in China, we added the suffix of game name on Steam store page to let players know that we currently only support Chinese server. Therefore, players in other regions will also connect to the Chinese server after downloading [生死狙击2-国服], so they will also be restricted by the anti-addiction system.
[h3]Why are the accounts of global players frequently get banned after passing the anti-addiction authentication[/h3]
After our manual verification, except for a small number of accounts that do have cheating behaviors, almost the vast majority of accounts that have such cases are banned due to related bans caused by serious cheating behaviors in the real-name authentication information bound to the accounts . In this case , all the other accounts bound to one same real-name authentication information used by the account which have serious cheating behaviors , would all get banned associated with the real-name authentication information.
We have noticed that most global players currently use identity information collected online to pass real-name authentication . It is very likely that other players use the same identity information to register an account and if they cheat in game , it will also result in the other related accounts being banned .
Since the global server is not open yet, we strongly recommend global players to wait for our global version to go live. At that time, global players can enter the game without verifying real-name information and any other limits, and the ping experience will get greatly improved .

We understand players’ expectations from all over the world for the global server very well. Our development team has been intensively for the publishing work of the global server, and it is expected to get launched in the near future. At that time, the ping experience of globalwide will get greatly improved. And the restrictions on the anti-addiction system that are activated in Chinese server will be completely removed on global server, multiple in-game localization languages including English will also be provided.
