Version 0.75.6 - Knowledge Base Upgrade, Save Slot Data, Asteroids going up!?

Hello! We are here with another set of improvements!

  • Added data to save files
  • Moved Gameplay Settings (Pirate toggle, asteroid speed toggle, manufacturing speed toggle) to only be present in pause menu.
  • Pirate on/off toggle is now max pirate level setting so players can play whole game with pirates remaining at X level or completely turned off.
  • Gameplay settings are now linked to the save file so each slot can have different pirate / asteroid / manufacturing values
  • Extended Knowledge Base
  • Added Employee Profile to Knowledge Base
  • Added Resources List to Knowledge Base
  • Added Resource Details to Knowledge Base
  • Crusher now integrated with transit system. This means the crusher will no longer stop functioning if it happens to block the path to the shuttle when placed and will work in other scenarios
    independently.
  • Asteroids now travel in both north and south direction
  • Crusher no longer taking liquid resources
  • Visual optimizations improving performance focused on shadow casting, improving batching and
    reducing triangle counts to optimize and speed up gameplay.
  • Improvements to asteroid cloud shader to improve performance.
  • Improvements to Gem Resource shader to improve performance.
  • Fixed asteroid tags showing through Information Panel on Map Screen
  • Reduced volume of extracted liquids for very large pools

Version 0.75.5 - Lots of small fixes and an option to reset Workerbots

Black Tidal Update is Live

[p]We are happy to announce the the Black Tidal update is now live. A whole new region with 4 new asteroid classes, all new resources with a focus on liquids, which can now be harvested using the Liquid Pump. Lets take a look at everything this update has in store!

New Region - New Corporation - New Resources - New Asteroid Classes

[/p][p]As you explore you will encounter some new liquids but beware - some of them may not be so friendly!
[/p][p]New Blueprint - The Liquid Pump[/p][p]
[/p][p]Place it next to any body of water, toss the hose into the liquid and just watch it slowly package up the liquids into nice compact containers ready for transit. Once a liquid body is drained you can start building and exploring the empty basin!

New Blueprint - The Resource Catapult[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]
This new piece of equipment can help you optimise resource routes, cross chasms and even shoot up hills to get resources out of a gorge. [/p][p][/p][p]Level 3 Pirates[/p][p]
[/p][p]You will now encounter pre-built pirate defences on Asteroids with 💀💀💀 Pirate Activity. Make sure you clear the asteroid before sending your workerbots out![/p][p][/p][p]
New Manufacturing Machine - The Clarifier + Larger Manufacturing Bay

[/p][p]You can now operate more machines in various configurations with 4 manufacturing slots and make use of the new Clarifier which can help split certain resources down into two outputs.

The Pause Menu now features a new Help / Debug section that can Reset the Command Bot and Astronaut in case they find themselves in some game-breaking location. We also have links to places where you can learn more or report bugs as well as a Command Line Console where we have some commands that will help us gather data or make fixes if problems arise.

Version 0.75.4 - Unstuck / Reset options

We have now added a new section to the Pause Menu called Help / Debug where you will find links to all support resources as well as some options to fix a stuck Command Bot, restore an Astronaut who may have escaped the Shuttle as well as a Command Line Console where you can enter specific commands to help correct or diagnose issues going forward.

This patch also includes some improvements to making drained water basins open to construction and transit slightly sooner so you are not stuck waiting for all the liquid to be drained entirely.

Version 0.75.3a - Hardpoint Hotfix

Yesterdays update that fixed the Command Bot tools for some of you caused an issue with the hardpoint for everyone - this issue is now resolved!
