Notice on Postponement of Some Update Details Due to App Store Review Delay



Dear CEOs,

In the Patch Notes released on February 18, we informed you that the update includes new Awakened employee, Substream, and Awakened employee exclusive gears.

These new content updates require a new app update, and the development team prepared the update with the same schedule and method, as usual, to provide the new content to the CEOs without any problems.

However, the review of the new update on the App Store is currently somewhat delayed, making it inevitable to postpone the update of some content.

First of all, we apologize for not being able to immediately present all the content announced through the Patch Notes to the CEOs, regardless of the reasons for the review delay.

The content whose update is postponed due to today's review delay and the content that cannot be used due to this are as follows:

▣ Content not reflected due to review delay

  • Sprouting Star Solovey’s Awakened exclusive gears

  • Substream, Winter Vacation Hard Mode

As the update related to the exclusive gears has been postponed, all stages of the Winter Vacation Hard Mode, where you can acquire the exclusive gears, will be unavailable until the app review is completed.

※, Awakened employee, Substream, etc., can be accessed normally, but not the Awakened exclusive gear-related contents.

  • Fixes requiring the app update

  1. An issue where the management UI abnormally appears.

The development team is working with the App Store through various methods to get the review results. When the app review is completed, we plan to make the postponed content available through temporary maintenance.

We will provide a separate notice regarding the temporary maintenance that will be conducted after the review is completed.

In addition, the list of Set Options for Solovey’s Awakened exclusive gears will change from what was announced in the Patch Notes on February 18.
