On Monday, November 4th, there was a server outage affecting the official CounterSide website and its customer support center.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. We have since resolved the server issues, and the official website and customer support center are now operating normally.
While some notices and customer service inquiries were lost during the outage, we have successfully recovered all lost notices.
However, due to the outage, some of the customer service inquiries could not be recovered, resulting in the inability for us to respond to those lost inquiries. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We kindly request that any CEOs who submitted inquiries between 1:00 AM on October 27th, 2024, and 2:00 AM on November 4th, 2024 (UTC-5) resubmit the inquiries to the official website's customer support center.
