About Challenge Stage Entry Count Issue

Dear CEOs,

This is Kim Hyun Soo, the Head PD of CounterSide.

On October 16th, we made an update that consolidated the weekly entry counts for challenges previously limited to specific days.

Unfortunately, an error occurred during the update process, affecting the entry counts for Chloe's Info Search (Info) and Kim Hana's Talent Cultivation (Fusion Cores) challenges. This resulted in some CEOs being able to enter these challenges with additional entries or having their entry counts reset, depending on their gameplay.

We first sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and for the inequality in-game content access that this error created.

Upon internal investigation, we found that CEOs could have potentially gained up to an additional week's worth of [Info] and [Fusion Cores] due to this error.

To ensure fairness among all CEOs, we will compensate all CEOs who participated in the affected challenges at least once from October 15, 14:00 to October 20, 14:00 (UTC-5). The compensation will be calculated by subtracting the amount of [Info] and [Fusion Cores] that CEOs acquired from the maximum amount they could have gained due to the error.

Additionally, CEOs who entered these challenges more than the weekly entry count will be refunded the [Eternium] they spent on the extra entries.

As an apology for the inconvenience caused by this challenge entry error, we will be providing all CEOs with 20 [Fusion Cores] and 20,000 [Info].
