Hotfix v0.30.5987

Hi all.

A quick update to address a number of issues players have found with the latest build.

• Fixed Kilik unique fleets not being unlockable.
  
• Fixed the Greater Good trait triggering once per card drawn when using Referendum.
  
• The Focus and Double Down edicts are now no longer playable when there are no edicts in your queue.
  
• Fixed Unique Resource edicts being duplicated when saving a game.
  
• Fixed fleet movement preview showing incorrect ETA for certain moves.
