Hotfix for Ork Warlords in ranked play

"Your troops with Tide have +1M" - Grukk

Following the latest balance update, Ork Warlords have been performing much more reasonably compared to last season. However, one clear outlier has emerged at the top tiers of ranked play, prompting a targeted hotfix.

With this update, Grukk’s ability now reads: "Your troops with Tide have +1M". This adjustment is an exception outside our regular monthly balance schedule.
