Slay the Princess — The Pristine Cut News

Hey folks!

Just wanted to share that Slay the Princess won the award for best new characters and the grand prize at this year's Indie Live Expo in Tokyo! To celebrate, both of our games are 20% off for the next week.

Since this is a pretty short update a few other things:

• We've been blown away by the quantity and quality of submissions to the fanart event we've been running. It's still going until the 15th, but the community easily earned an ~art stream.~ It'll be happening on our Twitch channel on December 21st at 1pm Eastern.
  
• The Collector's Edition for PS5 and Switch is still available for pre-order if you're interested in a physical copy of the game with exclusive merch.
  

• We've got plenty of other cool stuff you can pick up, including pins, shirts, vinyl, posters, and more. Check it out here.

• The soundtrack won Best Game Music at the World Soundtrack Awards.
• The Pristine Cut has received a 91 on Metacritic including a 9/10 from Gamespot, and a 10/10 from Sports Illustrated.
  
• We've been nominated for best community management at the Indie Game Awards. This one is entirely on all of you - thank you so much!
  
• We've made it to the shortlist for the GWB Game Awards.
• Nominated for best new characters for Indie Live Expo.

And hopefully there'll be even more good news to come as we continue through to the end of the year!

Re-worked the new version of The Unknown Together track to be closer to the original release's version while still retaining the live performances.

Added a new line of dialogue in the lead-up to Damsel 3, and added an extra dialogue option to the climax.

Assorted smaller bug fixes, incl. a bug where TSM's torso would disconnect when selecting a red dialogue option from the Apotheosis route.
