• Country Benefits and Limitations: You can now select the base country for your company, impacting taxes, bank loan limits, and costs. Each country has a rank that influences these values, and ranks can shift based on in-game events affecting the country. This means your company’s conditions could improve or worsen based on global changes!
• Change Base Country: A new window allows you to change your company’s base country for a fee, which is calculated based on your company’s overall value.
• Region-Specific Manager Contracts: Managers can now have contracts limited to specific regions, making global analytics more impactful and region-focused.

• Fixed issues with Manager Specialization not functioning correctly.
• Fixed the number of ships managers can control, ensuring proper ship assignments.
• Fixed the "Assign All" button functionality for better ease of use.

[h3]⚙️ Quality of Life Changes[/h3]

• Removed the Ethnicity Requirement for non-ranked games to streamline crew hiring.
• Adjusted the used ship age to better align with the price of new ships for a more balanced market.
• Rebalanced scrap return values for ships to better reflect their condition.
• Introduced a page system manager for smoother navigation and management, making fleet control more efficient.

We’re thrilled to announce that Seaorama: World of Shipping Version 2.1.3 is live! This update brings several fixes, features, and quality of life improvements, many of which were suggested by you! Here's what's new:
[h2]🔧 Fixes & Optimizations[/h2]

• Managers: Managers will now ensure ships are maintained at an overall condition of 90% or higher, up from the previous 50%, ensuring that your fleet remains in top shape.
• Ship Events: Adjustments have been made to balance the occurrence of ship events (looking at you, Windlasses!) even on fully upgraded ships with experienced crews.
• Crew Resigning: The resignation countdown will now only start when a ship is idle and will reset with every trip. Ships with low-morale crew members will be unable to take new contracts, but they can still use the "Add to Queue" option to move to a nearby shipyard for repairs or upgrades.

[h2]🌟 General Improvements[/h2]

• Sell / Bid UI: We've added the ability to add/subtract 10M in the UI for faster input when adjusting amounts.
• Filters: A new "Hide Filtered Ships" option has been added to the main screen, allowing you to hide selected ships (such as Managed ships) from the map.
• Facilities: Just like the Ship Upgrades tab, there is now a single button to enable all facilities at once, streamlining the upgrade process.
• Contracts Flat Fee: By popular demand, we’ve added a filtering option for the Flat Fee. You can now view the Flat Fee of a contract as Total Fee, Per Day, or Per Mile, depending on your preference.
• New Ship Notification: When a new ship is ready to sail, a notification will now appear at the center of your screen, replacing the smaller notification that previously appeared on the right side for a more prominent alert.

• Season Resets: All seasons will reset every 30 days, giving everyone a fresh start regularly.
• Leaderboard Enhancements: Added Year and Fleet size information to the Ranked Mode leaderboard for better tracking.
• Managers in Ranked Mode: Managers are now included in Ranked Mode to enhance strategic planning.
