Added "Star Power" Effects

• Increasingly flashy floor and scene effects that escalate with multiplier levels
  

Introduced a Play Space Scaling Modifier to reduce the space requirement

• Player can choose from three levels of play space width:
  
• Normal, which is 2.4 meters wide
  
• Middle, which is 1.8 meters wide
  
• Small, which is 1.5 meters wide.
  

Merged Offline & Online Custom Song List

• Custom songs that lack album information will be displayed alongside subscribed songs from mod.io
  
• Custom songs that are bundled using albums will continue to be displayed separately
