Minor update - fix main menu wishlist button

On the 27th of July we pushed a tiny update to fix the Bore Blasters button on the main menu. Due to engine updates this also had the unintended consequence of disabling gamepad controls. When we were notified of this, we reverted the build.

On the 28th of July we have pushed a build that fixes the button without impacting gamepad controls. If there are any issues, please report in the discussions section.

Thanks to those that reported the issue in the first place, and apologies for the inconvenience!

QoL update

Display number of scrap ups achieved in HUD

Display health when offered the “Restore Shield” upgrade

To avoid confusion, “Restore Shield” is now capped so that x2 or x3 is not offered when it would heal more than the damage taken

Fixed: When selecting weapons with mouse, if the cursor is not moved after clicking reroll once, trying to click a second time will select the card in the center instead of reroll

Attempt to detect when stat descriptions exceed card space to ensure descriptions are readable (primarily impacted German translation)
