EXCLUSIVE OR WINDOWED FULLSCREEN....THAT IS THE QUESTION

So it appears a few users are having issues with the game using exclusive full screen--it will crash on start up. So, I made the game use windowed full screen. Which looks the same and in theory should not impact performance. Can people let us know if this has impacted performance or if you prefer an actual exclusive full screen option? If so, I may add an additional toggle for exclusive full screen. But I ran it and I saw no performance difference.
