Fixed "I got the playlist" achievement.
If you have already finished the campaign, complete a level again in the campaign and it should trigger.
Fixed double notes on Adalam Va! that prevented 100% completion on Ultra difficulty.
Fixed boost notes on Legion.
Went over all 40 levels and difficulties to fix any other misbehaving boost notes.
Please report any other possible cases of double notes or non-working star power notes in the "Bugs & Issues" steam forum.
