- In the "Store & Purchase History" section, click on "View purchase history."
- Locate your purchase of Hardenville and click on it. Take a full screenshot that clearly shows the date of purchase along with your unique username in the top right corner. It’s recommended that the screenshot includes the entire screen.
- Send this screenshot to the Discord user "JoyFI Games," who handles announcements and related tasks on the server.
