[h3]Devs Letter, September 2025[/h3][p][/p][p]It’s been a long time since my last public update, and I’ve struggled with how much to share. But since so many of you are eager for more Hardenville, I feel I must.[/p][p][/p][p]This past year has been incredibly tough for me. Before starting work on AVN, I couldn’t understand why so many developers abandoned their projects. How could that happen? Now, I think I understand, it’s personally very difficult to develop a project like this.[/p][p][/p][p]You’re creating a story, shaping characters with distinct personalities. But because it’s an AVN, you often keep it secret, even from those closest to you. You worry about judgment because your story includes sexual themes. It can feel isolating, like being locked in your own room. You quickly discover a side of the web that carries many complex meanings, and even when you try to stay guarded, it can still affect you. It’s a sad reality, but it’s one I’ve had to learn.[/p][p][/p][p]Despite these challenges, things are improving. I still stand by my main promise, even though there have been far more delays than I ever wanted or expected. Many of these were due to mental health struggles, and some of these will be reflected in MC’s storyline.[/p][p][/p][p]Do you know why I won’t give up? It’s because I’ve found incredible friends in our community, people who are caring, understanding, and supportive. That makes a huge difference.[/p][p][/p][p]And then there are the characters I’ve created in Hardenville. Even though many of you haven’t seen much of them yet or know the full story, I do, and I care deeply about them. I won’t let their stories “disappear” until Hardenville is completed, as promised. Hardenville may end up being my first and last AVN, but I will see it through, even if it takes longer than expected.[/p][p][/p][p]Thank you all. [h3]Episode 2 - Progress Update[/h3]
Episode 2, featuring the wild and unforgettable house party, was originally planned for a May release, and we were so close! But life threw in a little twist, again: our dev got hit with two unexpected financial bills that needed urgent attention. That meant picking up extra work fast, which naturally slowed things down a bit.

Even during those hectic, sleepless nights, we kept pushing forward whenever we could, and the cool part? Some of that extra work actually turned into content we’ll be using in Hardenville! So nothing was wasted, and those bills are officially behind us.

Now, we’re back in full swing, and development is moving fast! Episode 2 is currently 84% rendered, so we’re closer than ever to wrapping it up and hitting that release button. Thanks so much for your patience and support, we’re nearly there!

Since we’re almost done with Episode 2, we wanted to give you a sneak peek of what’s coming next in the future episodes.



[h3]Episode 3 (Coming later this year!)[/h3]
This one puts the spotlight on Johanna, Millie, and Emma, while still giving you some time with others as well.

- Emma invites you out for a sunny day at the beach with her closest. Sounds great, right? Until you all realize it’s… a nude beach day. Do you leave? Or join in, one item at a time?



- Johanna is feeling a little down lately. You’ve got two tickets to a local hockey match… and during a break, the kiss cam starts scanning the crowd. What happens next? That’s up to you.



- Millie is deep into handball season, and her team is short a few players. Time to hit the court, and the locker room, as you help her team gear up for the final game.



[h3]Episode 4[/h3]
The spotlight turns to your beloved Ariel, and yes, she’s an athlete too! Ariel, the swimmer, has invited you to train with her at the local public pool. That’s all we’ll reveal for now… but let’s just say it’s going to make a splash.
