First of all thank you to all the feedback for the base game that has been shared via reviews on the store page and via YouTube videos, In Kaz's Adventure 2: Lost Souls I've used everyone's feedback to improve the quality and enjoyment that can be had from the game.

In the sequel you'll be adventuring through the underworld as Kaz searches to reunite with his brother and along the way you'll be able to speak with NPCs, I'm also happy to announce that their won't be any floaty physics, this game will also have a new art style and more character animations then before.

Kaz's Adventure 2: Lost Souls will feature 4 worlds to explore with 8 levels and completely new environments with planned extra levels and special bonus worlds being added post launch, this will also be the last Kaz game as I focus on new projects for everyone to enjoy, there is a chance Kaz can return but for now this game will feature the end to his particular story.

This game has been in the works for along time and on June 17th we will be releasing the final trailer before its release in Q4 2024 for free here on steam.

Kaz's Adventure's Support Is Now Ending, But Why?

Kaz's Adventure Has More Then Double The Amount Of Content It Had From Launch And We Think Now Is A Good Time To Focus On Future Projects And Kaz's Adventure 2, The Systems I Created For The Game Our Insanely Rough To Work With Because Of My Limited Knowledge At The Time And Making Content Is Becoming More Costly And Time Consuming In The Process, Therefore We Are Cutting Content Support, Bug Fixes And New Console Commands May Be Added Here And There But New Content In General Wont Be Added!

Yes! Future Bug Fixes And Console Commands Are Coming, For The Seeable Future Non Content Related Updates Are Still Happening!

How Long Will Kaz's Adventure 2's Support Last?

Currently It's Support Length Is Unknown Due To It Being Still in Development But I Can Confirm It Will Have At Least 1 Major Update And 1 Free Story Expansion DLC At The Minimum!

Since 2019 Kaz's Adventure Has Been In Some Kind Of Development And When We Released The Game In September 2022 I Had A Unexpected Reponse, Somehow People Liked My First Ever Game.

Although It Being My First Ever Game Shows Especially Looking Back On It Compared To Kaz's Adventure 2, The Stuff I Learnt And The Feedback And Youtube Videos Of The Games I Saw Was Amazing And Heart Warming To See And The Feedback Made Me Push Myself Harder And Learn New Things Such As Better Coding And Level Design.

In This Update Tweaks Have Been Made To Have The Game Running Better Then Ever Before, We Have Also Added A Hardcore Mode Which Was Requested Quite A Lot, By Completing Hardcore Mode You Gain A Achievement But If You Die In Hardcore Mode You Restart The Entire Mode!

A New Survival Mode Has Been Added, This Mode Has Been Ported Over From Kaz's Adventure 2: Lost Souls And Has You On A Small Platform Where You Must Survive As Long As Possible, This Mode Is A More Simple Version Of Kaz 2's Mode, In This Version Enemies Are 10x Easier To Dodge But It Still Can Be Some Fun!

New Quality Of Life Updates Have Also Been Made, There's Now An Extra Option To Lock Your FPS To 30 And A Dev Console Has Been Added For Those Who Want To Skip Parts Of The Game If They So Choose, Kaz's Physics Have Also Been Slightly Tweaked To Make Him More Easier To Control And Feel Overall More Polished, We Can't Majorly Change His Physics Due To It Requiring A Rework Of Many Levels!

Play Kaz's Adventure Again But With A Evil Twist, Kaz Only Has One Chance And If You Die Even Once
You Have To Restart From The First Level Of The Game, Beating This Mode Unlocks A 4th Save Star And A Secret Achievement!

- New Survival Mode (Available After Obtaining 75 Jars)
Survive As Long As You Can On A Short Platform And Gain New High Scores In This New Mode Ported From Kaz's Adventure 2: Lost Souls

- New FPS Lock Mode
The New Classic Mode In Settings Makes Your FPS Locked At 30 FPS, This Can Also Be A Way To Help With Frame Drops Or Unstable FPS If Your Having Issues Running The Game

- Confirmation For Save Deletion
A New Menu Pops Up Which Will Ask You To Confirm To Delete Your Save Rather Then Just Instantly Delete Your Save
