Some minor fixes

Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue where in the party inventory of the loot window, you couldn't select items below the fourth row
- Fixed a bug where the combat log couldn't be scrolled if the battle started with it opened
- Some japanese text fixes


QOL changes:
- You can now close the report window with the esc key
