Patch 1.7 Bugfix #11

Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where Overflowing Magic would either give the whole bonus or none instead of a scaling bonus
- Fixed a bug where Opening Strike could trigger two counters
- Fixed a bug where when opening the window for the title effects in the characters details of a character during battle and then closing the window with esc, the same title effect window would appear when opening the detail window of another character
- Some Textfixes

Misc:
- Removed a developer-debug folder from the game files
- Added an additional line to the description of the Skill "Reach", specifying that it does not affect counter distance

Bugfixes:
- Added the "Weapon" Tag to "Flurry of Stars"
- Game will now more smoothly load all the custom portraits if you have a lot of them in your folder (Still, keep it reasonable)
- Fixed a bug where the base chance for resistable negative status effects wasn't included in the skill description

Bugfixes:

- Fixed a bug where the Swordmastery Passive of the swordmaster would not trigger
- Fixed a bug where the Lightning Step skill had the movement tag despite not moving the unit
- Fixed a bug where the stunned status effect could have a duration more than 1 turn, despite stuns never lasting more than 1 turn.
- Fixed a bug where the earth damage of the Grab-Skill of the Greater Earth Element scaled with MAB instead of PAB
- Fixed a bug where Avatar of [Element] would still damage the target if the elemental damage of the skill would scale with any other stat than MAB
- Fixed a bug where custom translations didn't work because of some changes made to language specific sorting
- Fixed a bug where the Chain Attack Chance would also display for disabled adventurers (stunned, frozen, etc.)

Changes:
- Buffed the Dodge value on the Infiltrator Suit

- Fixed a bug where activating auto combat while the movement selection is active would leave the selection tiles on the map
- Fixed a bug where some hairstyles would clip with the shield of shield-based classes
- Fixed a bug where the Coin Multiplier for the Wizard King Coin increased randomly
- Fixed a bug where Gale Blade Rush would not trigger a chain attack
- Fixed the stats of the epic Troll Hide Robe to be on par with the Grandmaster Robe
- Fixed missing value of "Tempest Spear"

Misc:
- You can now set starting limit for the amount of recruitable adventurers and parties in the config-file with the line "AdventurerStartingLimit=25" and "PartyStartingLimit=5" (Note: The line will not appear in already existing config files. You can either add the line in the end or delete your current config file and let the game generate a new one when you start the game.)
