250th Anniversary of the U.S. Armed Forces

The history of the U.S. Armed Forces dates back to June 14, 1775. On this day, the Second Continental Congress voted to establish the Continental Army to provide for the defense of the colonies and coordinate military efforts against the British forces during the American Revolutionary War.

George Washington was appointed as the army’s first commander-in-chief. Initially, the army was composed of volunteers from the colonies, united under a single command.

Today, the U.S. Armed Forces consist of six military service branches: the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard and the Space Force (established in 2019). The founding day is considered an important milestone in the country's military history.

Into battle!

Commanders, we are in full swing preparing for Enlisted's summer update and today we'll tell you about two new features that were on our roadmap!

Preferred missions system

Don't like a mission in a particular mode? Give it a dislike and you will encounter it less often! Keep in mind, this applies to all variations of that mode.

Likes on missions are also very important! With them, we'll be able to track which mission and mode combinations you enjoy the most and take your preferences into account when developing and improving missions.

Desertion penalty system

Players leaving the battle before it’s over is a serious issue. Not only do such players show a lack of fighting spirit, they also ruin matches for others.

Along with the introduction of the preferred missions system, a desertion penalty system will also be added. Commanders who leave battles before they end will not only receive less experience and silver per battle, but also a 20% penalty on the rewards of their next two battles. This penalty will not apply to custom matches.

You can leave a match without penalty when your team runs out of respawn points.

Good luck on the battlefield, commanders!

Update 0.6.8.75

 • Corrected the amount of flamethrowers in the 185th Paratroopers Division "Folgore" squad’s supply box in BR III-IV and IV-V battles.
 • Fixed the weapon presets in the supply boxes of British paratroopers.

Reinforcements received: Normandy landings

In the "Reinforcements received" events, you’ll upgrade your army with unique and well-armed squads, rare weapons, vehicles and always-useful items. Main rewards will help you unlock content that normally takes more time to reach in a regular lineup.

June 6, 1944: D-Day - the codename for Operation Neptune, the largest seaborne invasion in history. On this day, Allied forces landed at five sectors of the Normandy coast: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword.

The operation involved more than 156,000 American, British and Canadian soldiers, supported by nearly 7,000 ships and 11,000 aircraft. Despite the fierce resistance from German forces, especially at Omaha Beach, the Allies managed to establish beachheads at all five landing sites.

D-Day was one of the key moments of the war, which opened the Western Front in Europe and marked the beginning of Western Europe’s liberation. This operation significantly sped up Germany's defeat, as it was now forced to fight the war on two fronts.

From June 5th (13:00 UTC) to June 29th (13:00 UTC), get battle score in battles and move up the rewards ladder! You have two days to complete each task!

Rewards

You'll get rewards during the whole event, and the further you progress through it, the more valuable they'll become. You can easily skip a few tasks and still get the main rewards!
Alecto I (USA, BR II)
The Alecto Mk.I was a British experimental light self-propelled gun, built on the basis of the Light Tank Mk.VIII "Harry Hopkins". Delays in the development and testing of the Mk. VIII led to the first chassis for conversion only becoming available in August 1943.

The development of the self-propelled gun proved to be equally problematic. Trials did not start until 1944 and were significantly delayed due to numerous technical difficulties. The final design, ready for mass production, was only completed by June 1945 - by which time there was no longer a military need for such a vehicle.

However, in the game it will have the opportunity to prove itself.

The tank comes without a squad and is available for the 48th Royal Tank Regiment (Tanker II).
15 cm sIG 33 B Sfl (Germany, BR II)
The 15 cm sIG 33 auf Fahrgestell Panzerkampfwagen II (Selbstfahrlafette) was another attempt by German designers to mount the 15 cm sIG 33 heavy infantry gun on a tank. The chassis of the Pz.II light tank was chosen, as it was considered obsolete by 1941 and thus there was a surplus, on which a superstructure with a gun shield was mounted instead of the standard turret to accommodate the gun and protect the crew.

Initial trials revealed serious problems: the original chassis design could not effectively handle the powerful recoil of the 15 cm gun and the crew was cramped. It required significant structural modifications that resulted in the lengthening and widening of the hull. The new version with the 6 road wheels was designated B and 12 of these were built by January 1942.

You can test the power of this self-propelled gun in the game!

The tank comes without a squad and is available for the 5th Tank Division (Tanker I).
