A new patch for KAKUDO is here!

• Increase version number from 1.0.0.2 to 1.0.0.3
  
• KAKUDO now check if any achievements need to be unlocked when the game starts and unlocks them (the bug is almost fixed)
  
• General optimization and code cleaning
