Today marks a very special milestone: it’s been 6 months since the launch of Neon Blood!
Half a year of emotions, tough choices, and glowing neon lights in the gritty streets of our favorite cyberpunk city.

Since release, we've been overwhelmed by the support, feedback, and love from the community. Every player, every review, and every comment has helped shape what Neon Blood is today.

Neon Blood is full of references and winks to games, movies and books that have marked us and that we admire, that is why today we have prepared this devlog explaining a few of these references in Neon Blood ✨🧵👇

One game that has served us as a reference has been ANNO Mutationem that's why we wanted to add a couple of winks of his universe in Neon Blood, here you can see Ayane looking for Ann Flores through the streets of Blind City, but what are they doing here? 🤔


[h3]2- REPLACED[/h3]
And speaking of references, here you have the main character from REPLACED as we can't wait for the game to be released we decided to kidnap R.E.A.C.H. and bring him to Dust County 🔥


[h3]3- CYBERPUNK 2077[/h3]
One of the references that people have found most in Neon Blood is to our favorite rocker Johnny Silverhand, Cyberpunk 2077 is the big reason that made us start creating Neon Blood when we finished our studies in 2020 🤘🎸


[h3]4- LET BIONS BE BYGONES[/h3]
We could not miss John Cooper, the protagonist of Let Bions by bygones and we are sure he would have a good evening with Axel McCoin having a drink at The Rogue 🕵️👀


[h3]5- NARITA BOY & HANEDA GIRL[/h3]
We had to add the two protagonists of Studio Koba´s great games, the trichroma resonates loudly in the streets of Viridis 🤖㊥

You can also find Jack in the desert of Dust County, we believe she got lost on his way to the Neo-Barcelona of Altered Alma ⚔️🌆
