During the event period, when you encounter a Black Stigma developer in 'Team Deathmatch' or 'Kill Dem All' mode, defeat (kill) them and provide authentication with a screenshot.

The screenshot must display the developer's nickname being killed with the participant's nickname to be considered valid.

- Developer Play Match Mode: 'Team Deathmatch' or 'Kill em All'

- Developer Play Schedule: 1st week of testing period in Southeast Asia region
from 10/20 (Fri) to 10/22 (Sun), from 15:00 to 20:00 (ICT)

When selecting winners based on the character name of the image submitted, those who have defeated the developer will be chosen. If there are fewer than 30 participants, they will all be selected as winners with a 100% chance. If there are more than 30 participants, the selection will be done through a random draw.

Winners will be selected based on the nickname of the character that has killed ‘Dev_Developer Name’ in the screenshot. Even if you submit multiple entries, it will be considered as a single entry and not counted as duplicates.

For those who are confident in winning against the developer, challenge them in a 5 vs 5 battle.
If you achieve victory against the developer in the 'Kill em All' mode with a 5 vs 5 match, you will receive a Steam Gift Card.

- Match Mode: Kill em All

- Matching Method: It will be conducted in Custom mode. The administrator will create a room 30 minutes prior to the match and provide an invitation code to the applicants. Participants must join the room by 10 minutes before the match time.

- Number of Participants: 5 vs 5


[color][ How to Compete ] [/color]

- If you win 5 rounds in a match, it counts as 1 victory (in case of a draw, it counts as a loss for the developer).

- If you achieve 2 victories out of a total of 3 matches, it will result in the final victory.

- Time to participate in the Discord Event Application Category with a 5-member party / Sharing of nicknames for the 5 members

- Participation Application Form: Requested match time / List of participants
　Example) NO. 3 / Frank, Stinger, Eleven, Seven, Winsome

- If you are eligible to participate, the Community Manager (CM) will reply in the comments to confirm your participation.

- Priority will be given to those who apply first for the available match times.

- Available developer match times: You can apply at the following time slots.

- Team formation and application deadline are until one day before each schedule.
　Example) If you apply for participation on the 1st day of the event, the deadline is 23:59 on 10/26(THU).

- Participants can be changed at the discretion of the applicant until just before the match, ensuring that there are still 5 participants.

- Participants cannot participate in this event more than once.

- Reward distribution will be made to the Steam account linked to the nickname you played with.

- If the use of illegal programs is detected during gameplay, participation in the event will be canceled, and rewards will not be granted.

- If you have a history of winning rewards in other regional events, you will not receive the reward even if you meet the winning criteria.

[color]▶ The purchasing effects in the Battle Shop, which are unlocked at the start of the Kill 'Em All round, have been adjusted to some extent.[/color]
1. The damage increase effect of the active skill has been adjusted downward by 50%.
- Level 1 effect: Active skill damage increase 25% > changed to damage increase of 12%
- Level 2 effect: Active skill damage increase 50% > changed to damage increase of 24%
2. The speed increase effect of the active skill has been adjusted downward by 20%.
- Level 1 effect: Active skill speed increase 7.5% > changed to speed increase of 6%
- Level 2 effect: Active skill speed increase 15% > changed to speed increase of 12%


◈ Firearms

- The spread of bullet impact and the intensity of firearm recoil during continuous firing have been adjusted to be weaker.
- The rate of fire balance for firearms has been adjusted.
- The performance deviation between different grades of firearms has been mitigated.
- The balancing of ammunition capacity per magazine for firearms has been adjusted.


◈ Masters

- Based on the adjustment of firearm control power, the base control power values of all masters have been increased.
- The system that caused damage to vary depending on the hit location for all offensive skills except throwing skills has been removed.
* However, skills that inflict damage by throwing weapons may still have varying damage based on the hit location.
- Characters who are knocked down can recover more quickly compared to before.
- The speed at which bullet spread stabilizes after firing a handgun has been adjusted to be slower for the next shot.
- When hitting multiple shots consecutively, the hit locations need to be closer together for the "double tap" effect to activate.
- To highlight the individuality of each role, accuracy in third-person view (non-aiming) has been adjusted downward. This adjustment varies for each role.

No accuracy balance adjustment.
< Striker Role >
50% decrease in accuracy in third-person view applied.

20% decrease in accuracy in third-person view applied.

- The ‘Neck Strike’ skill's chaining behavior has been reduced from 3 to 2 stages, and the base stock count has been adjusted from 3 to 2 accordingly.
- While waiting to counterattack with the ‘Iriminage’ skill, you can enter another skill to immediately cancel the motion and activate the new skill.

- The motion of the ‘Rolling Punch’ and ‘Ducking Dash’ skills have been adjusted to be slightly slower.
- The ‘Body Blow’ skill has been changed to a single skill that triggers two strikes with a single action, instead of a continuous skill that triggers with two actions.
- The base number of stocks for the ‘Body Blow’ skill has been reduced from 4 to 3.

- Increased the damage and duration of the ‘Poison Gas Grenade’ skill.

- Movement speed has been slightly reduced while using the 'Throw Knife’ skill.

- The attack range and damage of the 'Deep Jam' skill have been slightly reduced.

- While waiting to counterattack with the ‘Punish’ skill, you can now enter another skill to instantly cancel the motion and trigger a new skill.
- Crosshair recovery speed has been improved, giving you more shooting power.

- ‘Strong Skill’ has been applied to the ‘Body Throw’ skill, making it more advantageous in case of simultaneous collision between skills.

- Reduced the area of effect of the 'WP Shell' skill.
- Reduced the damage duration of the 'WP Shell' skill.
- Slightly increased the damage of the 'E. Bash' skill.

- Improved cross-hair recovery speed, giving more shooting ability.

- While waiting to counterattack with the ‘Deep Counter’ skill, you can now input another skill to instantly cancel the motion and activate the new skill.
- The damage of the ‘Deep Counter’ skill has been slightly increased.
- ‘Bone Taking’ skill's travel distance has been adjusted to travel up to 40% farther than before.

- The effect has been reduced.

- Fixed the MVP mark displayed during battle results to only show the first place on the winning side.
- Added that when a PVP mode match ends, the results pane now shows how long the match lasted.

- Fixed a bug where GRAY HAND's ‘WP Shell’ skill was missing a sound effect.
- Fixed an issue where some of Ms. NANO's and Mr. PARABELLUM's striking skills would intermittently not hit.
- Fixed an issue in Kill 'Em All mode where the next round would intermittently start with the starting faction's barrier gate open.
- Fixed an intermittent incorrect display of the names of party members' masters and party members when a party is formed.
- Fixed some inconsistencies in experience gain in Kill 'Em All mode.
