We’ve been working hard and fixing some of the issues you reported playing the Playtest. Check them out:

• Fixed the game-freeze that happened when you unlocked a new relic at the same time you picked up another one.
  
• Fixed a bug that made Gnöki’s relic slots empty when you rerolled them using Woody Wood.
  
• Fixed an error that made the obelisk buff permanent when going to Gnöki’s realm or made the obelisks stop working.
  
• Axeldör’s Ultimate damage is now displayed in the end panel.
  
• The end panel title now shows if you have conquered the realm or have been defeated.
  
• Fixed an issue with some screen resolutions (still working).
  
• Fixed sound effect of Hafgrim’s Knowledge Scroll.
  
• Fixed some audio music problems.
  
• Changed Ragnar’s IA in Phase 2 of his Berserker mode (the sword cut).
  
• Reduced Ragnar’s health.
  
• Fixed some German translations thanks to Dampf Ventil.

[h3]🔸Axeldör, Thyra and Hafgrim’s Constellations are finally completed![/h3]
You now have access to the full Constellations. For the beta, we are only unlocking Axeldör’s Ultimate Relic: Infinity Whirlwind so you can give it a try.


[h3]🔸Ascensions![/h3]
With the power of the Ascension Crystal, you will be able to Ascend any Ancestral Relics (character’s main weapons) that have reached its MAX level.
In the beta, you will have access to 1 of the 2 Ascensions available.



[h3]🔸New User Interface [/h3]
We have made a visual rework to our user interface with new designs that make it more immersive.


[h3]🔸Other updates:[/h3]

• New Elites.
  
• Fight Ragnar (finally!).
  
• New Relics to unlock.
  
• Difficulty levels.
  
• Meet Gnöki’s new friend, Woody Wood, the Reroll Master.

Thank you all so much for your patience and support. We are so happy to announce that Nordic Ashes Playtest opens today!

[h3]🔸What is a Playtest?[/h3]
The main goal of Playtest is to provide the developers a way to test the game, from the best testers - PLAYERS! Thanks to this feature, developers can create a separate application containing a part of the game so players can test it. Most importantly, these players have unique access to the game!

[h3]🔸Extremely important:[/h3]
- This is not the full version of the game. Keep in mind that the content and mechanics in the Playtest may differ from the release version of Nordic Ashes.
- Feel free to stream or record your gameplay. Just make sure your subscribers are aware that this is a Playtest.

[h3]🔸How do I get access?[/h3]
- On the game page, click "Request Access" → wait → Steam will send you an email that Playtest access has been granted.


[h3]🔸How long will it last?[/h3]
The playtest will last for 1 week, ending on November 30th at 23:59. That day, access to all players will be closed. However, that day we will also announce the OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE and the starting price, along with some other surprises!

Please remember the most important thing for us is your feedback. If you find any bugs or language mistakes, please let us know. From the very beginning, we’ve listened to our community's ideas and suggestions, it is extremely important to us, to read your feedback.

Hi everyone! The Playtest request is now available! Check it out on the Steam game’s main page.
This Playtest represents the current state of the game, so you’ll find more content than on the demo. However, this is not the full version of the game. Keep in mind that the content and mechanics in the playtest may differ from the release version of Nordic Ashes.



On November 23rd you will have access to the Playtest, and it will be available for 1 week (ends November 30th). After that we will announce the Official Early Access Launch!!
The day before the Playtest launches, we will post all the details and features it includes. For now, we wanted to share this sneak peek 😉

Hi macOS users! We are currently releasing a patch that fixes an error related to passive Chests. The game shouldn't be freezing anymore when a chest of this type is opened.
