Jump in for the Pumpkin Fest! 🎃

We are! 👻 For Next Fest, enjoy Pumpkin Fest, and get ready to go on a pumpkin quest![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]With the latest patch, you'll have a chance to run into the Pumpkin Knight Grobb and Pumpkin Mask Greeble as enemies. Somewhere in Arcadia, there's even the special Darksteel Hollow boss![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Defeating these enemies will earn you Pumpkin Coins, which can be traded in via Brooks at Odin Shell for some seasonal-themed skills.[/p][p](You'll need to reach Shop Level 2 for Brooks to appear!)[/p][p][/p][p]And let's not forget the bug fixes and improvements also included in the patch![/p][h3]Improvements[/h3]
  • [p]Added distance to the "Player Needs to be Revived" indicator[/p]
  • [p]The Invite Code shown in "World Settings" should now be correct[/p]
  • [p]Added some feedback when copying the Invite Code from the game menu[/p]
  • [p]Added UI elements options to Gameplay settings, allowing you to turn different parts of the display on or off[/p]
  • [p]Reduced the audio loudness of breaking multiple cattail plants at once[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some issues with "Jelly Drops" so they are more visible when created, have interaction audio, and don't leave phantom copies on clients[/p]
  • [p]Added additional safety code to Bifrost travel during the tutorial[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where shoppers could get stuck wandering around the shop indefinitely after you closed it[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a typo in the "Daggers Trait" and "Dual Blades Trait"[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with fences and some other deco items that was preventing them from being moved after placement[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with Chickens and Jellycows getting broken when being fed to Gnasher[/p]
[h3]Balancing[/h3]
  • [p]The armored boss in the tutorial is now more aggressive after you break his armor[/p]
  • [p]The "Enemy Difficulty" world setting now affects how quickly bosses recover armor. At the default value, enemies take longer to recover, and harder difficulties make it quicker.[/p]
  • [p]Adjusted a few encounters in Arcadia to reduce the number of mini-bosses in them[/p]
  • [p]General Gnarly spawns healer minions less frequently, and there is now a set maximum number of healers[/p]
[p][/p][p]This event will last until Next Fest, so make sure to check it out before it ends on October 20th, 10:00 AM PT. Don't wait too long to collect those coins![/p][p][/p][p][/p]

Demo Hotfix Patch Round-Up

[p]Hey, Runari![/p][p]Thank you so much for playing the Cloudheim demo and sharing your feedback. We’ve been keeping a close eye on bug reports being sent in and within the last few days, have rolled out some hotfixes to help improve the demo experience.[/p][p]Here’s a recap of what’s been fixed so far![/p][h2]Hotfix Patch 1[/h2]
  • [p]Fixed an issue that could result in a door during the tutorial becoming locked and preventing progress[/p]
  • [p]Improved the wording on the "Blin Whistle" onboarding quest[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with the quest “Harald's Treasure” that could block further progress[/p]
  • [p]Added a quest given by Wren indicating when you’ve reached the end of Act II in the demo[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with shoppers not buying items on sales tables[/p]
  • [p]Made ham snacks safer[/p]
  • [p]Fixed various issues that could result in the party not all returning to the same spot or getting stuck in a wall when returning to Arcadia from a dungeon[/p]
  • [p]Fixed the weapon “Knight’s Shield” not doing any damage[/p]
  • [p]Falling off Odin Shell will now properly place you back on top of it[/p]
  • [p]Improved the reliability of a puzzle in the "Parched Temple" dungeon[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where feeding Gnasher could result in HUD elements disappearing[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a puzzle element on Arcadia that was sunk into the ground and hard to see[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a visual issue with ponds[/p]

  • [p]Fixed an issue where some players would see a second option at the end of the tutorial, causing it to restart instead of continuing on into the full game[/p]
  • [p]Removed the “Encounters” tile which was showing a standalone version of the tutorial to avoid confusion in the demo[/p]
  • [p]Improved the reliability of Bifrost Gateway teleporting during the tutorial[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where late joiners would see already-destroyed planks during the tutorial[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a crash when claiming a Bean Statue[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where unread news would pop up multiple times in one visit to the main menu[/p]
  • [p]Added more information to the Quest Log during the “Harald’s Treasure” quest line[/p]
  • [p]Added a quest marker inside “Harald's Tomb”[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where the "Parched Temple" waterfall puzzle could become impossible to complete if you left it midway[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an infinitely respawning camp located in “Dunerise Fortress”[/p]
  • [p]Prevented other players from grabbing things you were previewing in the Build Mode Purchase Menu[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some issues where opening a Lockbox might give no loot[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where opening the Appearance or Class Progression screens would cause the sky to change colors[/p]
[h2]Hotfix Patch 3[/h2]
  • [p]Potential fix for players losing input after taking a Bifrost Gateway during the tutorial. If you still see the issue, please report it via F8 and then try using “Help, I’m stuck” from the game menu[/p]
  • [p]Fixed several issues with furniture placement and refunding that could cause players to be blocked[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue with a checkpoint that could get you stuck on the wrong side of a locked gate in the “Veilbreaker Catacombs” dungeon[/p]
  • [p]Fixed issues with Lasso Shrines near “Golden Galleon Shore” and “Owl Mountain” on Arcadia to allow them to be properly unlocked[/p]
  • [p]Increased the time before a crystal puzzle resets in the “Grobb Citadel” dungeon[/p]
  • [p]Changed the inspection tip on Gnasher during the tutorial (since you can't feed him just yet!)[/p]
  • [p]Removed some unintended clutter from the Jobs room on Odin Shell[/p]
  • [p]Removed an unread marker on the Reputation button in the menu as it wasn’t actually showing whether or not any board had unread items[/p]
  • [p]Change the quest objective "Open the Build Menu" to say "Open the Purchase Menu" for better clarity[/p]
  • [p]Made an error message related to login failures clearer, suggesting checking your network connection and restarting the game[/p]
  • [p]Added extra logging to help identify a crash during map travel[/p]
