When creating content for the game a lot of discussions and changes are made before adding something into the game. The concepts shared below were created during the ideation phase and may or may not appear in-game or were modified before making into the islands. We hope you enjoy being part of these early concepts.

We've built this world to have a lot of room to grow. There are countless opportunities for new puzzle types and variations on existing ones, new interactions, areas and Enclaves, and even new biomes to explore.

Seekers, today we begin to Explore Islands of Insight - a 5-part series where we will discover each biome of the game.

The story of the land is that it was created by the Auroral from the memories of another world - our world, planet Earth. This allowed us to take inspiration from lots of different areas on the planet to create new and unique zones that don’t normally exist.

Let’s dive in with Part I by welcoming you to Verdant Glen.

This is the first biome you’ll discover when you enter the main island of the game. It is impossible not to notice the epic, ancient architecture situated in an unusual setting, right in the middle of a beautiful and vibrant rainforest.

One of our devs’ goals, in building the world, was to create an awe-inspiring, sublime feeling of a mysterious world brimming with puzzles - that kind of making your heart quake, catch-in-your-throat feeling of, “What is this?”



And there is nothing like a floating double pyramid and ancient sublime architectures inspired by ancient Egypt to make you feel exactly that as you explore this zone and solve its puzzles.

Speaking of puzzles, as you venture deeper into the zone, you will encounter Memory and Logic Grids, Crystal Labyrinths, and Match Three puzzles, and other unawakened puzzles.



You will also find areas in the open world with a specific type of challenge, for example our first Quest for Perfection, where the game rewards logic over guesswork. Or Match 3 speed round for the most dedicated Match 3 players.


Quest for Perfection

If you are looking to solve objectives and learn more about a certain type of puzzle, Verdant Glen features 6 Enclaves as part of the single player campaign - outside the open world. Enclaves are specially curated sections of unique puzzles that will either teach a new puzzle type or mechanic or sometimes just show you something clever. You will need to complete quite a few to awaken all the different puzzle types in the game and unlock new playable areas. Enclaves aren’t unique to Verdant Glen – and we’ll highlight some others in future posts..

The first Enclave of the biome (and the game itself), is The Empyrean Journey, where you will be able to unlock your wings and a world of beautiful vistas will open for you.

Not only that, the expansive biome of Verdant Glen may or may not have secret Enclaves for you to discover.



Secrets and mysteries surround the story of how the lands came to be. As you embark on your journey, what secrets will you uncover? Have you ever wondered what could be inside the floating pyramid?

Verdant Glen has so much to explore and discover. One thing is for sure, standing on the edge of a cliff, staring at an impossible double pyramid is a perfect example of the kinds of sublime experiences that await.
