Islands of Insight is coming February 2024! As announced during the PC Gaming Show, in just a few short months, you’ll be able to explore every sublime landscape, solve thousands of hand-crafted puzzles - designed by some of the best minds in puzzle design, and unveil the secrets of the islands. Islands Of Insight was described to me by Katharine earlier as "Talos Principle: The MMO", and yep, that seems about right. It's a "shared world" puzzle game with toga-wearing characters and architecture seemingly littered with marble columns. It also now has a release window of February 2024 and a new trailer, below.

Puzzle games usually aren't chillout games. They're challenges, brainteasers, mindbenders, and frustrations. Islands of Insight is not that kind of puzzle game. There's no linear path forcing you to tackle every puzzle in a set order, banging your head against whatever you're stuck on until you break through. Heck, there isn't even fall damage, so you can safely leap and parkour across its floating islands to your heart's content...
