Season 2 Shop Changes and Discontinued Products

Greetings, Descendants!

As we welcome the Season 2 updates, we inform you of changes that will be made in Shop, the end of the sale of Season 1 Battle Pass, and the discontinuation of some of our products.

We listened to your opinions on improving skins and decorations and incorporated them into the game.
From Season 2, the sales and application of skins and decorations will be changed.

■ Changes Made to 'Limited Products'
(1) Changes to the Category and Sales of 'Limited Skins'
- From Season 2, the 'Limited Skins' category title will be changed to 'Recommended Skins.'
- You may purchase products under the 'Recommended Skins' category individually or in bundles. (All items included in discount bundles will be released permanently as individual items)
- Some products will be offered for certain periods. These products may be rereleased through events or promotions at a later time.

(2) Rerelease of Products Sold Under the 'Limited Skins' Category Before Season 2 Updates
- We are aware that many of Descendants want the re-offering of 'limited skins' that were previously on sale. However, under the relevant law, 'limited products' cannot be re-offered for sale.
- Please note that the items listed below will not be rereleased for sale in the future once they are discontinued.


■ Changes to the Application of Common Skins
(1) Shared Application of Common Skins
- After Season 2 updates, all common skins will become shareable. Purchasing a skin once will allow all of your Descendants who can equip the skin to use it.
- Future additional common skins may also have different applicable Descendants for each skin.
- The Descendants eligible to apply each common skin are as shown below.


(2) Refund of Caliber and Paint spent for additional purchases of common skins
- With the shared application of common skins, Descendants who purchased the same common skin twice or more before the Season 2 updates, will be refunded for the Caliber you spent for the additional purchases.
- Paint applied to common skins will now be shared across all Descendants. Duplicate Paint used previously on the same common skin will also be refunded.
- Details of Caliber and Paint refunds will be provided in a separate announcement in December.

(3) Extended sales period of some common skins
- With the shared application of common skins starting with the Season 2 update, we are extending the sales period of common skins currently available until the end of Season 2 so that more Descendants can use diverse skins.
- Find below the types of common skins with an extended sales period


■ Changes to the Sales of 'Ultimate Descendant Bundle'
- Previously, the 'Ultimate Descendant Bundle' was not a limited product and is available for rerelease in the future. However, it will now be available at all times to prevent potential confusion among Descendants about purchasing bundle products.
- To improve convenience in purchasing, each component is now available for individual purchase so that you do not have to get the entire bundle for an Ultimate Descendant.
The components of the Ultimate Descendant Bundle made available for individual purchases are as follows.


- Descendant Exclusive Spawn/Despawn and Back Attachments included in the existing 'Ultimate Descendant Bundle I' will be changed to common items.
- Items due to be changed to common items are as follows.


■ End of Sale of Season 1 Battle Pass and Discontinued Products
- With the Season 2 updates, the sale of Season 1 Battle Pass and some other products will end.
- Please see the details below for your Season 1 Battle Pass Reward and future purchases of our products.
(1) End of Sale Schedule for Season 1 Battle Pass and Discontinued Products
- Available until maintenance on December 4th, 2024 (Wed) PST

(2) Notes on the End of Season 1 Battle Pass
- Unused Bonus Coins will be reset at the end of each season, so make sure to use the Bonus Shop before the season's end.
- Unused Supply Coins, will be used to receive unclaimed rewards from the first page of the Battle Supply Shop, and any remaining coins will be reset.
- Unclaimed rewards based on season level will be sent in lump.
※ You will automatically receive season-end rewards once you log in after the Season 2 updates.

(3) Discontinued Products
- Ajax's Mk. Dominator 02 Set
- Starter Package (Standard/Premium)
- Enhancement Package (Standard/Premium)

11/22 (Fri) – 11/28 (Thu) Results of the Crackdown on Abusive Users

Greetings, Descendants.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 11/22 (Fri) – 11/28 (Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
Additionally, to ensure a pleasant gaming experience, we are planning to strengthen crackdowns on behavior that interferes with the gameplay of other Descendants, such as being excessively AFK.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing, please report it through the in-game report feature.

Please see below for the detailed outcome of the crackdown.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2024.11.22(Fri) – 2024.11.28(Thu) PST

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (51 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.



■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (30 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.




■ Interfering with other user's gameplay – 3-day separate matchmaking penalty (410 users)
- A history of repeated interference with other Descendants' gameplay has been confirmed and action has been taken in accordance with the Operation Policy.



■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.
