As mentioned in Hotfix 1.1.4b, we would like to inform you about the restoration process for items sold through ‘Register Duplicate Items’ regarding ETA-0 ‘Sell Blueprints’

During the restoration process, all collected through the selling process will be reclaimed.
However, your balance will be negative in case you don’t have enough Vouchers to cover it.

※ Through Hotfix 1.1.5, the ‘Register Duplicate Items’ method will be improved, so please use this feature if you need to resell any blueprints that have been restored.

■ Restoration / Reclamation Schedule
- PDT 2024.10.18(Fri) (TBD)
※ For Hailey blueprints, the blueprints will only be restored for Descendants who does not have Hailey.
※ Please be aware that you will be disconnected from the server during the item restoration/reclamation process. You will need to reconnect once the process is complete.

■ Restoration Process
- All items sold through ‘Sell Blueprints’ will be sent via mail according to the Restoration / Reclamation Schedule as you can see above.
- All collected through selling blueprints will be reclaimed.
- If the number of Vouchers you have is negative, you will not be able to use ETA-0. Because it will be reflected as a negative balance if there are not enough to reclaim.
- You need to obtain equal to the negative amount to re-use ETA-0.

We are here to give you the details about patches for The First Descendant Hotfix 1.1.4b, applied maintenance-free.

■ Patch Details

- Fixed the issue with "Enamel Deep Black" (Customization Paint) not appearing.
- Fixed an issue where parts of certain weapons flickered when the graphics option was set to low.
- Fixed an issue where the line spacing in the tooltips of some modules was displayed abnormally.
- Corrected some Emotes' icon images.
- Fixed an issue where Traditional Chinese text was displayed as Simplified Chinese when selected.
- Fixed an issue where the "Ultimate Freyna Bundle" was displayed as the "Ultimate Gley Bundle" in all European languages.
- Fixed an issue where ETA-0 did not open in some sessions even after the designated opening time.
- Removed the "Register Duplicate Items" button from the ETA-0 "Sell Blueprints" as it could cause accidental selling by including the "Energy Activator Blueprint" and "Crystallization Catalyst Blueprint" when registering duplicate items.
ㄴ We are preparing an improved method to make it easier to register duplicate item sales in the future.
ㄴ Descendants who sold the "Energy Activator Blueprint" and "Crystallization Catalyst Blueprint" between PDT 2024.10.11(Fri) 00:00 and the Hotfix 1.1.4b patch will have their items restored via in-game mailbox sometime next week. We will provide an update in this announcement once the restoration is complete.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 9/27(Fri) – 10/10(Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing the game, please report it through the in-game reporting feature.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2024.09.27(Fri) – 2024.10.10(Thu) PDT

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (112 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.


■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (170 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.


■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.

Returning Descendants: Descendants who logged in after at least 14 days of inactivity

*New/returning Descendants can register the invitation code after completing ‘[Normal] Void Intercept Battle Stunning Beauty’ following the 10/10 (Thu) update.
