To meet and communicate more closely with our Descendants,
The First Descendant will be hosting a Dev Livestream at PAX East 2025, held in Boston, USA.

Please refer to the details below for the PAX East event schedule and specifics.

■ Event Schedule and Venue
- PDT May 11, 2025 (Sunday) at 09:00
- The Dev Livestream featuring the Executive Director and Creative Director will be held at the PAX East Main Theatre.

■ Livestream Details
- We will reveal exciting new content for the upcoming Season 3 Mega Update, launching this summer.
- Special gifts will also be prepared for those who participate on-site, so please look forward to it!
※ The Dev Livestream will be broadcast live on YouTube, allowing Descendants who cannot attend in person to watch as well.

■ Cosplay Events
- During PAX East, The First Descendant mascots, Bunny and Serena, will be appearing at the venue.
- Attendees who encounter Bunny and Serena can take photos and receive surprise gifts, so we encourage all Descendants planning to attend to keep an eye out!
- Descendants who wish to cosplay at PAX East are kindly asked to comply with the PAX East cosplay guidelines and join us in the festivities.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 3/28 (Fri) – 4/3 (Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing, please report it through the in-game report feature.

Please see below for the detailed outcome of the crackdown.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2025.3.28(Fri) – 2025.4.3(Thu) PST

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (22 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.



■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (21 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.



■ Interfering with other user's gameplay – 3-day separate matchmaking penalty (426 users)
- A history of repeated interference with other Descendants' gameplay has been confirmed and action has been taken in accordance with the Operation Policy.



■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.
