- Fixed an issue where players were intermittently transported to Albion when restarting Infiltration Operations or Intercept Battles

1/17 (Fri) – 1/23 (Thu) Results of the Crackdown on Abusive Users

Greetings, Descendants.

Here are the results of the crackdown on abusive users carried out between 1/17 (Fri) – 1/23 (Thu).

We're inspecting abusive gaming behavior to ensure that all Descendants can enjoy the game in a pleasant environment.
If you notice any abnormal or abusive behavior while playing, please report it through the in-game report feature.

The results of the crackdown on abnormal users for the next week will be announced together in the first week of February 2025.

Please see below for the detailed outcome of the crackdown.

■ Crackdown status
- Crackdown period: 2025.1.17(Fri) – 2025.1.23(Thu) PST

■ Creation, distribution, or use of unauthorized programs - Permanent game ban (27 users)
- Actions have been taken for creating, distributing, or using unauthorized programs.


■ Exploitation of all processes related to the Open Store – Permanent game ban (25 users)
- Actions were taken because of unfair gains by exploitation on store payment process.


■ Interfering with other user's gameplay – 3-day separate matchmaking penalty (104 users)
- A history of repeated interference with other Descendants' gameplay has been confirmed and action has been taken in accordance with the Operation Policy.


■ Notes
- The outcome of the crackdown on abusive users includes enforcement actions taken based on Descendant’s reports and monitoring.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the Open Store's payment process, please visit our official website > Customer Service > 1:1 Support and make your inquiry.
- If you would like to vindicate yourself in relation to a claim on the exploitation of the payment process through chargebacks, please contact the platform store where you made the payment.

# PST 2025.01.24 (Fri) 10:00 – The issue described below has been resolved through a server patch. Please return to the title screen and reconnect.
#PST 2025.01.23(Thu) 18:25 - We have identified an issue where disconnections continuously occur after the maintenance-free patch, so we have reset the server to the version prior to the patch. As a result, the patch details that were notified have not been applied. We will identify the cause as quickly as possible and make corrections. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
