You mobbed up with us and krumped your way through the High-Octane Mayhem that was the Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks Open Beta.

To celebrate this achievement, we’ve collected some of our favorite facts and statistics in the infographic shared below. We hope you all enjoy looking through them as much as we did, and it won’t be long till we see you all back in the game for release this summer!

You krumped 1,624,734 gitz with 1,098,898 assistz. That’s 32% krumped solo and 68% falling to the mob!

75,542 of these krumpz were airborne. Knocking Orkz out the sky like a Fly Swatta!

Altogether, you Freeks played 18,737 matches! 9,386 games on Ded ‘ard Desert and 9,351 on Frozen Dakka

On Average you scored 1,495 points per match and dealt 1,068 damage. No slacking Orkz in our mobz!

To prove it, 43,222 players achieved a kill frenzy! That’s killin’ loads of gitz without dying. Waaagh!

The average kill/death ratio was 1.1, meaning each of you krumped your own worth. Besides we can find plenty more Orkz where they come from.

However, one of you, and we bet you know who you are, is da biggest, ‘ardest and greenest killing machine with a kill streak of 41!

Partz went flying and you greedy gitz scrounged a total 395,942,135 of Scrap, that’s 1,576 on average!

Slap dashing and scrapping it together, while under fire, you fixed 14,804,734 health.

Altogether, this tells us we got nothing to worry about, you gitz love a good stomping!

The Speed Freeks Open Beta playtest has come to an end.

We at Caged Element and PLAION thank you for playing the Open Beta!

We’ve been thrilled to see all da BIG DAKKA energy come together as you Orkz joined da Waagh! But now we got to assess the battlefield, collect the scrap, and tune-up for release!

This is the home straight and we need to gear up for the final race to the finish line – Ha!, with the Kult of speed there is no finish line - once there, we’ll be launching the game proper like.

Now we’re gathering up all your battle experiences, ideas, and feedback. Your contributions and passion so far fuels us and keeps us going! All the suggestions, bug reports, tips, tricks, screenshots and vids will now help us polish this mean machine of a game.

The Open Beta will officially end: Friday, 31 May 2024 10:00 CEST (8:00 UTC)

We got a whole lotta news for ya! We've been cracking on an’ making the final bits for a proppa Beta by setting up another chance for you gitz to play Speed Freeks.

From now, until May 30th, the Kult of Speed will be racing around the Warhammer Skulls Festival.

We’re very excited to be back at SKULLS with a new gameplay trailer, as well as the much anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks Open Beta, featuring a stompy new game mode!

Mob up with us in DISCORD for game discussions, orky chatz, and playing together as the Open Beta roars to life!! Plus you’ll have a chance at krumping us silly dev gits.

We’re very excited to have old and new Speed Freeks players jump into our latest version of the game.

Based on players fantastic Alpha playtest feedback, a ton of work has been put into development since we released the Alpha at last year’s SKULLS.

We’re pumped for you to jump into the Beta and see the awesomeness Speed Freeks has evolved into with your suggestions and support. It’s in great shape and ready again for your invaluable feedback.

During the OPEN BETA you’ll put your pedal to the metal on the following:

5 furious vehicles
2 special vehicles rewarded by completing gameplay challenges
Two Kill Konvoy maps to tear up
Gear grinding vehicle customization options
Earn in-game scrap currency
A 15-level limited battle pass of cosmetics
A party System

Join the Open Beta: To join the Open Beta test simply head over to the Speed Freeks STORE PAGE, and click the request access button to join the queue.

Requesting Access: To ensure a smooth race off the starting line, we will be limiting access at first to test the technical side of things, but as soon as we are confident that we can let more players in, we will remove the queue and allow instant access to the Open Beta for all players.

Remember: Much like Orkz, this Beta showcase is rough and ready. Keep in mind that everything is subject to change and there will be bugs. New versions will update as we approach full release.

Rewards: We’ve got multiple exclusive rewards to give players that help test the Beta! Once earned, you will keep these rewards on your account through to the launch of the game and forever after.

For successfully playing a match in the game:
A “Skraga” gubbinz accessory that can be bolted to any vehicle. Skraga means veteran in the Ork language, and getting into the beta means you’re one of the first to ever play the game, so this accessory will let other players know that.

For completing the Beta’s limited WAAAGH! Path progression:
A snazzy “Skraga” paint job that can be applied to any of the vehicles.

This is our thank you and a nice bonus for those players who wanted to get into the game and support us early!

We want to create a compelling, rewarding, and safe experience for all our players. To do this, starting with the Open Beta, you will need to create a Speed Freeks account, powered by PLAION'S PROS service.

There’s a cosmetic reward for creating or logging into an existing PROS account:

A “Wazza” rim set that tells other players that YOU’Z DA FASTEST!
It’s the wheel cosmetic in the middle of the image above.

We’ve been developing this account service with our community in mind and we hope you’ll enjoy the exclusive features and perks that come with linking your account to the game. Ded shiny gubbinz!

This service is being continually developed as we roll out exciting new features. But, to give you an idea of how this will elevate your Speed Freeks experience, here are some specifics:

A shiny reward for account creation / logging in
Twitch Drops and other integrated rewards
Community events, challenges and contests
Detailed stats, wrap-ups and progression tracking
News, updates, and community topics, including surveys and polls to gather your feedback
And more as we and this service progresses
