Apotheon 1.2 Multiplayer update

Online multiplayer is now out of beta! We've added 4 new maps to it also, and fixed a number of online issues.

Note: Mac/Linux update will go live tonight/tomorrow

We will be releasing a free standalone version called 'Apotheon Arena' soon - so let us know any possible issues you have our forums.

So join a multiplayer game! Or start one and try out the bots

New maps:
- Ares
- Dionysus
- Garden
- Zeus

Changes:
- gamepad support for server selecting
- better bots
- fixed weird characters in Steam username crashing games
- fixed items only spawning on client when host was near
