Small Update with some fixes and tweaks!
- COVID vaccines are now easier to find.
- Added option to go back to the Main Menu from the Pause Menu.
- Fixed pause menu phrase, which had been buggy for some unknown reason.
Later this month I will bring another update with more fixes and performance optimizations.
