Version 1.1 is coming next week

[h2]Greetings, Gatekeepers![/h2][p]The next Gatekeeper update is coming next week. It’s the first major update since the 1.0 release and focuses on gameplay stabilization and quality-of-life improvements that will make your time in the world of Gatekeeper even more enjoyable.[/p][hr][/hr][p][/p]
  • [p]Saves in Quiet Bay
    You can now save your solo run progress and return to it as many times as you want (until the run is completed).[/p]
  • [p]Obelisk price preview
    Artifact prices are now visible without opening the purchase interface.[/p]
  • [p]Tutorial
    You can now enable a short tutorial before starting the game to quickly learn the basics.
    (Don’t worry, it’s optional and very unobtrusive.)[/p]
  • [p]Discord SDK integration
    You can now invite friends to runs and join lobbies directly from Discord.
    Player run status is also displayed in Discord.[/p]
  • [p]Player kick system
    The host can now remove any player from the current run during gameplay. A more advanced chat is also available in this window.[/p]
  • [p]Controller Aim Assist
    Helps you keep your aim on enemies while playing with a controller.[/p]
[p]And that’s not all, the full changelog will be available on release day.[/p][hr][/hr][p]The team is now focused on preparing Update 1.2, coming this December with even more content!

Post-Launch Support

[h2]Greetings, Gatekeepers![/h2][p]It’s been over two months since Gatekeeper left Early Access, and we want to thank all our veterans and new players for the amazing support![/p][p]The full release went great, and now it’s time to talk about what’s next for the game.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]Version 1.1 (November 2025)[/h3][p]The next major update is coming very soon. It focuses mainly on stabilizing the existing content and improving overall quality of life.[/p]
  • [p]The main feature everyone’s been asking for is Run Saving (single-player only).
    Each time you visit the Delta, your current progress will be automatically saved, so you can return to your run at any time.[/p]
  • [p]We’re improving the attack indicators of certain enemies and visual feedback for some effects. This time you’ll definitely notice when Fractal or the Hybrid’s passive triggers.[/p]
  • [p]We’re also adding a short tutorial to help new players get started.[/p]
  • [p]In multiplayer, the pause menu will now include a new Players tab.
    There, you’ll find an expanded chat, and hosts will be able to kick players from a run.[/p]
  • [p]We’re integrating Discord SDK, making it easier to find teammates directly through our Discord server.[/p]
[p]And of course, lots of other improvements, including significant performance and balance updates.[/p][p]We’ll share more details closer to release.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]Version 1.2 (December 2025)[/h3][p]This one’s going to be even more exciting.[/p]

[h2]Greetings, Gatekeepers![/h2][p]Today we bring you version 1.0.0.10, featuring many bug fixes and several useful QoL improvements.[/p][hr][/hr][h2]Fixes:[/h2]
  • [p]Bastion did not receive a damage bonus against stunned enemies.[/p]
  • [p]Omni stones spent on excluding artifacts in the Emporium were returned after re-entering the game.[/p]
  • [p]The player’s HP bar did not update immediately after moving to a new location and could appear incomplete upon spawning.[/p]
  • [p]The triad description in the Emporium could get stuck on the edge of the screen even after closing the Emporium.[/p]
  • [p]In the Emporium, descriptions of triads that were not yet fully unlocked were still visible.[/p]
  • [p]Karma did not reflect damage against all enemies (the same applied to Triad of Reflection).[/p]
  • [p]Incorrect price for Purifier Core.[/p]
  • [p](Needs confirmation) Arcanum's Bounty worked only once in the arena.[/p]

  • [p]The task panel now shows the charge percentage of each active Totem.[/p]
  • [p]If a player was disconnected while their character was dead, their grave no longer disappears. After reconnecting, the player can still be revived.[/p]
  • [p]Time slow has been removed. Now in solo, during choices in obelisks/forge/triads/evolution, time either fully stops or continues as usual (depending on settings).[/p]
  • [p]Aegis no longer adjusts its projectiles to enemy positions and now shoots strictly in the set direction.[/p]
[p][/p][p]Hybrid's Replicant[/p][p]Passive skill reworked: upon first death, the Hybrid no longer halts. Health is restored instantly without stopping the character, accompanied by a clear visual effect.[/p][p][/p][p]Aurora - Runewood[/p][p]The location has undergone major changes: its size has significantly increased, and many new passages have been added to previously solid walls.[/p][hr][/hr][p]If you’re running into bugs, here’s what will help us fix them as quickly as possible:[/p]
  1. [p]Record a video of the first time the bug occurs (ideally showing the reproduction steps). Upload the video anywhere convenient.[/p]

  • [p]Hybrid’s passive icon no longer fails to turn red when activated.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a softlock caused by Capsules falling off the map.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where Merchant’s Altar could be built but the achievement wouldn’t unlock.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed being unable to purchase a second Triad using a controller.[/p]
  • [p]Tornado no longer keeps building up power when the game is paused or slowed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed incorrect stats in the Leech artifact description.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed unintended Gatekeeper attacks when selecting evolutions.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed some stuck Chaos attacks.[/p]

  • [p]Full Time Stop is now enabled by default for new players.[/p]
  • [p]Torches that alter the state of the Corrupted Quorium are now visually linked to it.[/p]
  • [p]Artifact exclusions in the Emporium are now permanent and persist between runs.[/p]
  • [p]You can now exclude artifacts from the Emporium while in the main menu/lobby.[/p]
  • [p]Slightly increased delay before Chaos’ ring attacks hit.[/p]
  • [p]Minimap readability significantly improved.[/p]

  • [p]Added omni-stone counters near Emporium buttons in menu and lobby.[/p]
  • [p]Skill evolution descriptions are now available in the Database.[/p]
