KitHack v1.5.2 Update

Airliner RR cockpit part added.
Bomber Y cockpit part added.
Fuselage parts now morph.
Fixed engine boost affecting NPC vehicles.
Fixed a bug with mod matching that was causing any loaded mods to be unmatched even if the server side also had them.
Fixed player marker icons showing just the text instead of the icon when out of the view center.
Joining MP matches now switches maps before starting the session, same as in single player.
