Greetings from the Warhaven team!

To help players enjoy the game, we'd like to give everyone a heads-up on what's been going on.

Please check below if you're having trouble playing the game,
and if we notice anything that needs some clarification, we'll add more as necessary.

We will continue to work to make Warhaven a smooth playing experience, and we ask for your understanding.

■ Occasionally not being able to reinforce/rejoin the battlefield.
→ We are currently looking into this. We'll make the fix as soon as we find the cause.

■ Divine Stone icon is gray (neutral) when reinforcing/returning in Reclamation.
→ We are currently looking into this. We'll make the fix as soon as we find the cause.

■ Not being able to see the number of owned Exemption Tickets.
→ 'Reinforcement Prevention' will be visible if you own any 'Exemption Tickets.'

■ Unable to receive party invitations on some PCs.
→ You can join parties normally by inviting people to a party if you're not able to receive party invitations yourself.

■ Unable to move because the character gets stuck in certain locations.
→ Press the Recall button (B) to return to normal gameplay.

■ Game randomly crashing.
→ 1. If the game is crashing because your PC specs are lower than recommended, please adjust the game settings.
1) Press [Esc] in the lobby screen and click [Game Settings].
2) [Quality] Lower the overall graphical quality one level at a time.
3) [Quality] Turn off the Environment Interaction, Character Special Effects, and Detailed Corpse-Stone Effects Upon Death.
4) [Display] Change Anti-Aliasing Method to FXAA.
5) [Display] Deactivate vertical sync.
6) [Advanced] Turn off Motion Blur and Threaded Resource Rendering.

→ 2. If the game keep crashing after adjusting the game settings, please try the following solutions:
1) Press the Window Key + R and enter the following in the Run Window:
%LocalAppData%\Warhaven\Saved\Config\WindowsClient
2) Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file from the folder that opens up.
3) Re-launch the game. (Your previous settings will reset.)

■ Unable to save the profile card after making changes on the Steam Deck.
→ Please make changes to the profile card on PC.

■ Event notifications appear even when no event rewards can be claimed.
→ Event notifications display once a day, regardless of whether they are available or not.
→ Please make sure to collect your event rewards before the event ends while we work to confirm the cause and fix the issue.

■ Two identical items are occasionally equipped when using stickers and emote items.
→ We are currently investigating the cause, and will fix the issue as soon as it is confirmed.

■ While using basic attacks as Spike or Warhammer, occasionally the character begins a charge attack like Impale or Hammer Blow instead.
→ This issue can occur frequently when attacking while guarding.
→ We're working on a fix, and will alert players as soon as it is implemented.

■ An issue of Profile sticker and battlefield sticker items are occasionally unable to be equipped.
→ As a workaround, items will now equip normally after [ESC] > [Lobby Restart]. We will fix the issue as soon as the cause is confirmed.

Hello, this is Warhaven Team.

We're excited to announce three upcoming Warhaven in-game events.
Please take a look at the event details and join us during the event.



Event Period
- September 20 (Wed) 5:00 PM PST - until further notice

[h2]1. Daily Login Event[/h2]
- Rewards can be earned for each day you log in, and rewards are instantly earned when you click the icon.



■ Event Details
- Daily rewards can be earned based on the number of days you actually login. Ex) If you connect for the second time 3 days after the first time, you can earn rewards on day 2.
- The reset will occur every day at 12:00 am (UTC+0). If you are already in the game when the reset occurs, you will need to reconnect after the game ends to earn the next daily reward.
- The Daily Login Event will be active for 14 days after your first access, and you will have 14 days to earn Day 8 rewards.

■ Note
- You can see all the Boost Tickets you have in [ESC] → [Game Settings] → [Account] → [Owned Boost Tickets].
- Boost Tickets will not be used if you have earned the maximum amount of XP or Points, or if you plan to earn them after completing the game.
- If a Boost Ticket and a Boost Effect from an Event are triggered at the same time, each Boost Effect will be calculated separately and added together, not multiplied.



[h2]2. New Recruit Event[/h2]
- You can earn event points and World Pass XP exclusively for the triangular-shaped New Recruits! event by completing challenges for each day.



■ Event Details
- Chapters for each day will be automatically opened based on your first login date, and you can participate until day 7. Ex) If you log in 3 days after your first login, you can unlock the challenge on Day 4|.
- The event will be active for 14 days after your first login, and you will have 14 days to complete the Day 7 Challenge.
- Even if the next chapter is not open, you will still be able to progress through the challenges in that chapter.
- Please note that [BOT] kills in the Practice Battlegrounds will not count towards the progression of challenges related to "Defeat an Enemy".

■ Note
- You can view all of your Boost Tickets in [ESC] → [Game Settings] → [Account] → [Owned Boost Tickets].
- Boost tickets will not be used if you have earned the maximum amount of XP or if you plan to earn them after completing the game.
- If a Boost Ticket and a Boost Effect from an event are activated at the same time, each Boost Effect will be calculated and added separately, not multiplied.



[h2]3. Recruitment Event[/h2]
- When you complete the challenges for each day, you'll earn exclusive event points and World Pass XP for the triangle-shaped recruit!



■ To recruit a friend
- To view your recruitment code, follow the path [Lobby] → [Event] → [Recruitment Event Event] or [ESC] → [Game Settings] → [Account] → [Add Friend].
- You tell your friend your recruitment code, and they log into Warhaven and enter their recruitment code.
- When your friend registers your recruitment code for an event, you'll earn one event achievement per person.
- Achievement rewards are delivered to your mailbox.

■ When a friend recruits you
- If you receive an recruitment code from a friend, enter it on the event page or via the [Lobby] → [Event] → [Recruitment Event Event] or → → → path.
> When you register your friend's recruitment code, you will receive 1 event achievement.
> You will immediately receive rewards depending on the event achieved.
> You can enter a recruitment code only once per account.
> If the friend who entered the recruitment code is not a friend, a friend request will be sent automatically.

■ Note
- You can't invite a friend who already invited you (no cross-invites allowed)
- If a friend you've already invited changes their username and changes their recruitment code, they won't be able to register again (once per account).
- The in-game event page is only displayed for 30 days after the first login, and after that, please check or use the recruitment code in → → → path.

*The game will be unavailable before the pre-release schedule begins, and the ‘Failed to log in.’ message appears.
*Only 1 steam key may be distributed per account.
*All pre-release game play data will be saved.
