Warhaven End of Service Schedule

Greetings from the Warhaven team!

Today we would like to go over the detailed schedule for the conclusion of Warhaven's live service on 4/4 (Thu).
Please make note of the following dates to avoid any inconvenience.

[h3]- End of Service: 4/4 (Thu) 11:00 PM PDT[/h3]
* Matchmaking will be unavailable after 10:30 PM PDT to allow active matches to complete without interruption.
* You will be unable download the game after 4/5 (Fri) 6:00 AM PDT.

[h3]- Official Community Closure: 4/4 (Thu) 11:00 PM PDT[/h3]
The Warhaven Discord server, as well as the Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook channels will all close in sequence upon the conclusion of service.
* You will be unable to log in or use the game after the end of service.
* If you wish to save any game data, please make sure to archive it before the end of service date.

* The official Warhaven brand page (Link) will be operational until 4/7 (Sun) at 6:00 PM PDT.
*The Steam Store page will remain open.

Warhaven Refund Conditions and Schedule

Greetings from the Warhaven team!

We'd like to inform you about Warhaven's refund conditions and schedule.
Please refer to the guidelines below to make your refund process go as smoothly as possible.


▣ Canceling All Transactions

[color]Transactions made after the start of PRE-SEASON 2 (12/13 4:00 PM PST)[/color] will all be [color]automatically refunded to your Steam Wallet[/color] [color]whether they were used or not[/color].
You do not need to make separate refund requests. Refunds will be issued after service ends.


However, any transactions made by Taiwanese citizens or made in Taiwan will NOT be refunded automatically. Only partial refunds listed below can be made.




[h2]▣ Refunds for Transactions Made by Taiwanese Citizens or Made in Taiwan[/h2]

In accordance with Taiwanese consumer protection laws, we will be [color]issuing partial refunds after receiving refund requests and verifying personal information[/color].

  1. Partial refunds will not be sent for transactions that don't meet the eligibility conditions.
  2. Refunds will not be sent for requests made after the request period has ended.
  3. Refunds are only possible if all required documentation has been submitted within the refund period.

In-game Event Notice: Adieu Pre-Season 2

Greetings from the Warhaven team!
Today we would like to introduce the Adieu Pre-Season 2 Event, which begins on 2/21 at 4:00 PM PST.



[h2] Adieu Pre-Season 2 Event[/h2]

Earn World Pass EXP and Event Points each time you complete Event Quests,
and get more rewards based on how many event points you have.



- One quest opens each day for seven days, based on the day of your first login.
Ex) When logging in 3 days after your first login date, the Day 4 quest will unlock.
- You can progress the next day's quest even if it hasn't unlocked yet.
- The Event Points earned for completing quests stack, and can be used to obtain profile items or World Pass EXP.
- Earn additional rewards based on the total number of Event Points you collect.

- The next day's quest unlocks each day at 00:00 UTC. If you are already logged in when the quest unlocks, please go to [ESC] → [Restart Lobby].
- Bot matches do not count towards event quest progress.
- Claim rewards from the in-game event page by clicking on the reward icons.
- You can view and equip profile items by clicking on your profile card, located on the right side of the [Profile] menu.


2/15 (Thu) Update Notice

Fixes a bug where the Hatchet's 'Payday' can be used in rapid sequence while using 'Headhunter'.
Fixes Hatchet's 'Sprint Attack' causing him to briefly apply stagger status when superior blocked.
