Demo updated with new ending!

Hello folks!

We have an exciting update for you all.

The demo has been updated with a new ending!


If you've played the demo before, you can skip straight to the new stuff thanks to the improved New Game menu!

Starting a new game presents you with three options :

1) Play the Full Demo
If you've not played before, and you're happy to enjoy the build up, this is the best option. The whole experience can take an hour or more.

2) Co-operative Cut
If you want to play with a friend, or you want to cut to the chase, this is the best option. It starts the game when you get your powers, with co-operative mode activated. You can disable co-operative mode from the menu if you want to play solo.

3) Skip to the End
If you've played the demo before, this drops you in right at the new stuff.

There have also been a few bug fixes and improvements all over. Thank you to everyone who has played and streamed the demo so far - you've helped improve the game already!

Patch notes for the update :

Demo patched - version 0.0.06

Ahoyhoy folks!

It took a while to get it working, but we now have Co-op with one player on Keyboard and the other on Controller working!

In the Control Settings is a new option - "Use Keyboard as Co-Op Player 2" - turning this on will allow one player to use keyboard controls with the other using a game controller.

Also, information was added to the Codex note on Co-operative Controls detailing how to get Remote Play Together working with Keyboard Co-op.

The trick is to flush the controllers (from the settings menu) and then add the controllers again once Remote Play is active. In Keyboard Co-op mode, the host player will have to use the keyboard.

Thanks for playing the demo! We've just put up a new version, with a few changes...

- Added version number text to main menu
- Improved keyboard controls
- Smart Key only pulses when held
- Tweaked second Item-Sharing puzzle
- Reworded ‘demo skip’ screens in first room
- Gave Codex popup a ‘press Codex to dismiss’ string
- Made pull-off panels work with any movement direction
- Made movement limit zones disallow sideways movement (such as in the DES walkway)
- Tweaked cameras in a few puzzles
- Corrected ‘Puzzles A Complete’ screens to B and C at the end of the second and third puzzle strips
