Major graphic update and 40th anniversary of DTM celebration
KW Studios and RaceRoom Entertainment are thrilled to announce a major graphical update to RaceRoom, alongside some special content celebrating the 40th anniversary of the DTM racing series starting to roll out after September 4th.

Better Looking, Better Performing. RaceRoom's upcoming update focuses on enhancing both visual fidelity and performance.
Players will enjoy significant improvements in rendering quality, optimized performance for smoother gameplay, and new features such as dynamic cloud coverage options.
RaceRoom will look more realistic and perform better than ever, with immersion as the main goal followed by the development team.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the DTM racing series, the entire team behind RaceRoom is excited to introduce new content that is sure to bring joy to historic and contemporary DTM fans alike:

OSCHERSLEBEN – LASER SCAN RELEASE
We are also excited to re-release the Oschersleben track as a laser-scanned version in this update. As one of the first tracks in RaceRoom, it previously suffered from some inaccuracies that did not fully satisfy real drivers using RaceRoom for practice.
This new laser-scanned version addresses those concerns, providing a more accurate and immersive experience. While we typically provide regular track updates free of charge, this new version was built from scratch using a laser scan and therefore will not be free but we will offer it to our loyal fans at a discount during the initial release period. We will stop selling the old version to ensure our community enjoys the most accurate racing experience

In addition to the new content, we are also releasing free updates to the following tracks, bringing them to 2024 season specs, enhancing their accuracy and visual quality at no extra cost for current owners:
In earlier game updates this year, we already released such free updates for Bathurst, Imola, Most, Portimao and Sachsenring, an approach that sets us apart: RaceRoom content continually evolves to reflect the latest changes made to the real venues, ensuring an ever-accurate racing experience.
