The Royal pack is available in the demo right now. But, there will be other tower packs in the game besides the Royal pack. For example, I am currently working on the Inferno pack.
This pack will have its own list of towers -- i.e. the common, uncommon, and rare towers will be different from the Royal pack.
In detail, the main tower will be the Inferno Tower, which gives mana, and instead of the “Reroll” skill has the “Infuse Mana” skill. (However, you can get the Reroll in other ways, for example, by using the Chaos Tower or the Whirlwind Tower)

Right now the pack has 7 common towers, 10 uncommon towers and 5 rare towers. I have to make 6 more towers to make the number of towers equal to the Royal pack.
All in all, it turned out to be quite a lot of work. However, I believe that the different packs are fun!
As one of the solutions (to ensure that the game will be released this autumn) I see the release of the game in early access with two packs (Royal and Inferno), third and fourth act, difficulty levels, endless mode, etc. And then finalize new packs (like the Necromancer pack) during early access. If I decide to do so, I will additionally inform about it.
