Balancing of the Royal Towers and the nearest plans

In addition to fixing bugs and all sorts of technical stuff, I really want to do further gameplay design, especially the actual action of the Towers themselves..

My immediate plans are as follows:.

  • Revision of the Towers from the Royal Pack.
  • Revision of the Towers from the Inferno Pack.
  • New Towers.

[h2]Revision of the Towers from the Royal Pack[/h2]
In previous updates, I have done work on the towers of the Royal Pack.
  • Builder Tower: Gives 3 more HP.
  • Thief Tower: more trap damage starting at level 4.
  • Hydra Tower: bonus increases slightly with each level.
  • Glass Tower: increased bonus growth starting at level 3
  • Chest Tower: increased gold growth starting at level 3.


It is also worth noting that such towers as Cat Tower, Cow Tower, and Butler Tower have been improved since the demo. But these improvements went straight into the release.

In addition to this, one crown is now now restored after going to the second act. Also one crown is restored when entering endless mode.


[h2]Revision of the Towers from the Inferno Pack[/h2]
In the near future I'm going to think about the Inferno Pack Towers. Some of them should get some minor changes, and some of them should probably be completely redesigned.


[h2]New Towers[/h2]
The Guild Tower (for the Royal Pack) is currently in development. Several new Towers are also being drawn for the Royal Pack, and new Towers are being drawn for the Inferno Pack.

I don't know exactly how I'm going to bring the new Towers into the game. Maybe I'll have to make a separate, beta branch in Steam for them, in order to properly test these new Towers. But maybe there will be another way.

All of the above are immediate plans. Of course, there's a whole other set -- the Neromancer Pack, but that's a separate, major task. So I'm not describing it for now.

After entering the second act, one crown is now restored. Also, one crown is restored when entering endless mode.

Fixed a problem with displaying large amounts of mana. Fixed the infusion of large amounts of mana.

I hope we will fix all the malicious bugs soon, and I will be able to work closely on the new Towers and Tower balance :)
