🔹 collecting dirty baubles, washing them and then decorating the Christmas tree

🔹 wrapping presents and distributing them

🔹 washing Santa's sleigh

🔹 washing mud off houses

🔹 a riddle with cat tracks

🔹 a few finds with rewards

🔹 a new NPCs - a girl and Santa Claus

🔹 reindeer

🔹new NPC sellers and a few other additional ones

Yo!

Here are few small fixes:
- In some strange combo and conditions Mayors don't give the Quest at Police HQ
- In tutorials we added a current icons controlers to tasks name
- some localizations
- when entering the locations we remove the annoying random sounds
- washing the Dalton face should work even better => if not then use the TELEPHONE on the OFFICE
