[Update] Royal Army Updates More!

Updates to Royal Army

Existing Royal Army battles will be removed, and the following battles will be added:
- The Dark, Dank Sewers (Ancient Thor)
- Gates of Hell (Ancient Lavasat)
- The Giant (Ancient Titan)
Royal Army battles will have their balances adjusted as follows:
- Boss monsters will be strengthened to scale appropriately to Lv. 100.
- ATT and M. ATT limits will be applied.
- Minimum stat adjustments for the characters will be greatly increased.
