Dear Milletians,

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the recent server issues have caused. We truly appreciate all players’ patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this matter.

Following our scheduled maintenance on March 12th, we experienced ongoing service instability that required intermittent downtime. Since then, our team has been focused on addressing the situation to support overall service stability and will continue to closely monitor the servers to maintain a stable experience for all players.

As previously mentioned, if you noticed any unforeseen account issues following these emergency maintenances, please submit a Player Support Ticket with as many details as possible. We truly appreciate the support and patience you've shown us through Discord and other platforms as we looked into this. Thank you for your understanding.

We are also aware of reports regarding unusual in-game messaging and instances of impersonation. We've received reports of Nexon Staff sending Private Messages in-game to players. As a reminder, GMs and Staff Members will never ask for your log-in information or direct you to external links. If you receive a suspicious message from someone that claims to be a Nexon staff member, please notify Player Support.

Because these issues impacted your time in Erinn, we will be providing various buffs and goodies in the near future! Starting after the March 26th, 2026 maintenance, and until April 9th, 2026, the following buff events will be active:
[h3]Milletian Events: Double Rainbow[/h3]
Additionally, we will be providing a compensation care package via a Hotday Event starting on April 2nd, 2026 until April 30th, 2026. Details of the package will be provided by March 31st.

Finally, we understand that many of you have been worried about the status of ongoing events. To ensure active Milletians have enough time to acquire the rewards from the following events, the following changes have been made to the listed events:

• Pan’s Check-in Attendance - We will be extending the event for 2 weeks, lasting until May 7th, 2026. The Event UI will be corrected with our April Update.
• Erinn Adventure Pass - You will now earn 2x Erinn Adventure Pass EXP every day (not just Weekends) until April 9th, allowing you to quickly catch up for any days you might have missed.

Event Dates: Thursday, March 26th, After Maintenance - Thursday, April 9th, Before Maintenance

• Double Rainbow includes the following buffs:
  • 3x AP gained from leveling through Combat
  • 3x Combat EXP
  • 3x Skill Training
  • 2x Baltane Mission EXP
  • 2x Moonlight Island EXP
  • 2x Spirit Weapon EXP
    • The Weekly cap for the Spirit Weapon EXP is also doubled.
  • 2x Erinn Adventure Pass EXP
    • The Daily cap for the Erinn Adventure Pass is also doubled.

[h2]Additional Buffs Details[/h2]

• In addition to the Double Rainbow buffs, we will also include the following buffs:
  • Uncapped Baltane Mission Level Limits
    • Missions will not be capped at Level 150.
  • Free Repair Fee
    • Repairs will be free during this time!

[h2]Server Error Package Details[/h2]
Event Dates: Thursday, April 2nd, After Maintenance - Thursday, April 30th, Before Maintenance

• Log in during the event period to receive special items prepared by the Mabinogi Team for the server instability issues that occurred in Mid-March.
• Claim the items from the Hotday menu to receive it on your current character or choose Claim Later if you wish to receive the rewards on another character.
• You can only claim the item from the Hotday menu once during the event period.

As we need an extra week to prepare this package, details will be provided by March 31st.

Maintenance has concluded as of 10:02 AM PDT and the servers are available once more. We thank you for your patience. Please see our recent announcement - Regarding the Recent Server Downtime and Restart Issues.

• Shopkeeper Elly is packing up her Mysterious Shop and taking a break. Final chance to spend any Mysterious Coins!
  • Note: Unspent Mysterious Coins will be deleted in this upcoming maintenance; eligible but unopened gachapon boxes and Mysterious Packages will no longer provide Mysterious Coins!
  • The Mysterious Packages available from the Cash Shop will also be leaving. Last chance to pick up a nice deal or grab some final coins to spend!
• The Keeper of Secrets Hand Decorations (F) will be mailed to players who had received the Sporty Casual Wristband (F) by mistake when opening a Keeper of Secrets Outfit Box (F).

The following bugs will be fixed:

• Players will no longer crash when using a Skill Training Seal with a "Collapsed" Skill Menu.
• We've informed Yoyo the Booksprite to allow use of the Anniversary Transformation Medal Coupons that they're giving out.
• The server announcement of a newly achieved Grandmaster will no longer be missing a space between the player name and the rest of the announcement.

• The Name Change submission site will be unavailable after 5:00 AM PDT time, and will be available after the maintenance.

• Upon logging in, you’ll receive the quest [Guide] The Critter Cuteness Club.
• Speak to the dashingly good-looking magician imp near the Unicorn Statue in Dunbarton to register a main character. 
  
  • You’ll receive the following rewards for registering:
    
    • 5,000 EXP
• After registering, you’ll receive the quest [Event] The Magician’s Do-it-All Assistant.
  
  • Complete his tasks to receive a Magical Cheep-Cheep Compact, an item that will change every Milletian’s fate in fashion forever…as well as these other rewards:
    
    • 10,000 EXP
    • 100x Leaf Coins
• Continue to talk to the Imp to learn more about this magical compact and earn additional Leaf Coins.
• Once you’ve accepted (or embraced) your new life in a new form, search for like-minded critters around Uladh towns.
• These critters will be imitating Milletians with fashion of their own… be sure to speak to them all!
• Starting April 2nd, you’ll learn about a more powerful Magical Baaaaa Compact that the imp’s cooking up, so be sure to check back in with him then.
• Fashionable Raccoons will also be around the cities, but will not be a part of the event questline.
  
  • You may still collect their fashion after acquiring the Magical Raccooo Compact through the Event Shop after April 2nd.

[h2]Hot Day Event[/h2]

• Log in with your registered character every day during the event period to receive bonus event currency.
• Claim the items from the Hotday menu to receive it on your current character or choose Claim Later if you wish to receive the rewards later in the day.
  You can only claim the item from the Hotday menu once per day.
  You’ll receive 50x Leaf Coins every day for a total of 700x Leaf Coins if logged in every day during the event.

5:45 PM PT Update: Due to a backend issue, the maintenance will need to be extended until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as our team continues to work on improving the server stability and security of the game.
