Hello Milletians!

After the March 17th maintenance, you will be required to download new client files due to a change in the way Mabinogi installs to your game folder. As a thank you for your understanding, we have prepared the Client Update Package to all players who log in during the event period of March 17th, 7:00 AM PDT to March 24th, 7:00 AM PDT. 

Hotday Details

• Claim the Client Update Package item from the Hotday menu to receive it on your current character or choose Claim Later if you want to receive it on another character.
• While the package itself can be moved between characters through the bank, some of the items cannot be bank-traded, so please open the package on the correct character.
• You can only claim the item once during the event period.

The Client Update Package contains the following items:

• Style Tab Key (30 days) x1 (expires in 15 days)
• Extra Equipment Slot Coupon (30 days) x1 (expires in 15 days)
• Forgetful Potion x1 (expires in 15 days)
• Artisan Upgrade Removal Kit x2 (expires in 15 days)
• Combat Quadruple EXP Potion (30 min) (Event) x1 (expires in 15 days)
• Precise Reforging Tool x5 (expires in 5 days)
• Alban Knights Training Stone Selection Box x1 (expires in 15 days)
• Notorious Magic Powder (Event) x3 (expires in 15 days)
• Protective Upgrade Stone Selection Box x1 (15 days)

Client Update Details

Nexon Launcher

• If you have “Enable automatic updates” checked in the Nexon Launcher Settings under Mabinogi -> Update, the installation will begin once the patch is made available.
• If you do not have “Enable automatic updates” checked in the Nexon Launcher Settings, after launching the Nexon Launcher, you may see the “Play” or “Update” button on the Mabinogi game page. Once you click the button, the update will begin installing.
• Approximately 5GB of data will need to be installed.
• Additional drive space required for this patch is not necessary, as the files being installed will automatically overwrite the current files in your Mabinogi folder.
• After installation is done, the Mabinogi folder will be approximately 8.12 GB.
• After patching the game, you can login and play as normal.

Steam

• If you have "Automatic updates" enabled for Mabinogi on Steam, the installation will begin once the patch is made available.
• If you do not have "Automatic updates" enabled, after launching the Steam client, you will see the "Update" button on the Mabinogi game page. Once you click the button, the update will begin installing.
• Approximately 5GB of data will need to be installed.
• Additional drive space required for this patch is not necessary, as the files being installed will automatically overwrite the current files in your Mabinogi folder.
• After installation is done, the Mabinogi folder will be approximately 8.75 GB.
• After patching the game, you can login and play as normal.

Mabinogi will have a scheduled maintenance on Sunday, March 13th. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 1:45 AM PST and last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.

• Mail sent for the Reforging Tool Compensation expired in January and the unclaimed expired mail will be removed.
• Important: The Crom Bás Durability Event will be ending on March 17th, 2022. Please plan accordingly.
• Processing of requested name changes. Note: The Name Change submission site will be unavailable after 7:00 AM PST time, and will be available after the maintenance.
