Quality of Life Updates:

• Several quality of life changes have been added. See the full post for more information: March Quality of Life Updates
  • The Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon has been added.   
  • The Tara Auction House will be improved with new wares. 
  • Re-entry to Tech Duinn Dungeon is now possible.
  • And more!

The following changes have been made to the game:

• Changed the sitting pose for the Homestead Blooming Romance Seat that could be earned from Yuri’s Valentine Event.
  • Giant character hands appeared awkward as their hands were floating so the pose has been adjusted to correct this issue.
  • Though the issue didn’t occur for Human/Elf, the change will also be applied to those races to be consistent.
• Several changes have been made to the Saga Mission “Proceed with the ritual!”.
  • The amount of gold that monsters drop has been decreased. 
  • Monsters will spawn about 10 seconds after defeating all monsters. 
  • Monsters will now only spawn up to 25 times maximum.
• Added the following missing items to the Dressing Room. Thank you for reporting these items, Milletians!

The following bug fixes have been made to the game:

• Fixed an issue where it was difficult to proceed during the G21 Quest, "Twilight, Moonlight, Starlight".
• The following items will no longer show in both Dressing Room gender filters:
  • Eluned Pitch Black Eye Patch (F)
  • Men's Sleek Shades (M)
  • Height-Boosting Insoles (M)
• Fixed an issue where the "Wait until Nighttime" version of Tarlach would not properly respond to requests for a Baol Dungeon Pass during the G3 Quest, "Decisive Battle".

The following are known bugs:

• There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
• During the Kraken Rex boss fight, Kraken Rex will use an attack that will cause players to lose protection, semi-permanently, until they change channels or relog.
• There is an issue where the Today Visitor Count does not reset to 0. When a visiting character visits the Homestead, the Today and Total Count accumulates normally.
• The available upgrades in the Item Upgrade may overlap in the UI if the window is increased.
• Homestead Anvils and Furnaces have settings to allow visitors to use them, but do not actually restrict the use of the items.
• There is a slight graphical error where part of the hose is missing when a William or Butler Partner uses the Water Hose gesture.
• Some Partner gestures that have them holding a weapon will appear as though the weapon is disconnected and floating.
• There are Partner gestures that do not activate when a Partner has something equipped in their left hand.
• There is an issue after using the Thunder skill, the character can't charge Thunder again until after the Thunder bolt hits/damages enemies.
• If you try to change your style to an appearance already saved in a Beauty Slot, it will say it failed.
• There is a minor visual issue with the Beauty Slot text if you scroll up and down after expanding the Beauty Slot.
• The outline color when clicking on an empty Beauty Slot is incorrect.
• There is text cut-off in the Buy Item UI when buying the Royal Society Appreciation Box from Melwyn.
• The inventory image for the Mace of Mercy is incorrect.
• Feeding a Pet Instructor Stick to a Level 100 Spirit weapon will cause the character to freeze.
• If you had a unicode heart on your wedding ring, the heart appears as a question mark.
• The Shaggy Perm hairstyle can be saved in a Beauty Slot.
• Cobweb Mummy enemies do not appear in the Alby Advanced Dungeon.
• Guilds are not appearing in the Guild List.
• When you first open the Master Plan Inventory, it will incorrectly show as locked. Closing and reopening the inventory will fix the issue.
• There is a minor graphical issue with the Special Shining Stage Concert Costume (M) when the character equipped with the outfit is running.
• Scathach's hands do not match her skin color.
• The Tail Chasers mini-game in Festia is currently inaccessible.
• Guild stones can be placed very close to each other.
• Some players have encountered an issue when using Fynn Sync for Corgi pets.
  • A further uncommon issue can occur where placing items into the pet's inventory will disappear.
• Minimizing the game client for an extended period of time while at an active Field Raid may cause the window to stop responding.
• A rare issue has been reported where raids do not spawn correctly on certain channels.
• A textural error in Port Ceann has been reported.
• Nascent Divinity causes players with Almond skintones to become teal.
• There is an issue where one-time/limited item cannot be purchased from the ingame shop, but can be on the web-shop.
• The Intricate Braid Hair (F) does not animate properly in some cases.
• The talents that are used for Arcana Talents have text cut off on the Rebirth screen.
• Shop items with expiration times start counting down upon the player logging in or changing channels, rather than having their count down start when the item is purchased.
• There is an issue where certain NPC Transformations are missing the models for their bodies.
• There is an issue where Shadow Mission Tarlach does not grant Baol Dungeon Pass.
• There is a minor issue where the Pet Skill Window is unable to collapse properly.
• When a Partner on the Homestead is using the Bird Buddy Gesture, certain UI menus will close erratically.
• The Tara Auction House notice may overlap with Event notices on the scrolling banner.

[h2][/h2][h2]March Quality of Life Updates[/h2]

• The Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon has been added.
  • You can purchase a Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon Pass from the Researcher at Poulnabrone. You can enter Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon by using the Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon Pass at the entrance of the dungeon.
  • Weapon durability does not decrease while in the practice dungeon, and if you become incapacitated, you will automatically revive after 5 seconds.
  • The monsters appearing in the practice dungeon are the same as those from Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon.
  • Defeating monsters will not reward items, gold, or experience.
  • Completing the practice dungeon will not have a reward box and will not count towards the dungeon guide completion.
  • Quest progression relating to Rabbie Phantasm Dungeon will not count, and you cannot acquire titles or Journal achievements.
  • When entering the dungeon, you will receive the Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon Guidebook which can be used to help clear the dungeon.
    • The Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon Guidebook can only be used within the Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon.
  • Changed the progression of A Dreamy Story quest for the objective “Receive a special pass from Manus after hearing his story.”
    • In addition, 1 Rabbie Phantasm Practice Dungeon Pass will be given.
• Re-entry to Tech Duinn Dungeon is now possible.
  • Re-entry is allowed up to 3 times in all difficulties of the Tech Duinn missions Revived Illusion, Feth Fiada, Seven Nightmares, and Awakened Abyssal Lord.
  • Leaving and re-entering a mission with a time limit will still reduce the mission timer for as much as the time you left the mission.
  • If you have already cleared the mission or the time limit has expired, you will not be able to re-enter the mission regardless of whether or not you received a reward.
  • Optimized the progression of area 1 of Tech Duinn mission, Awakened Abyssal Lord to reduce delays.
• The announcements that appeared when reaching the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th Grand Master will be changed to only appear on the 1st and 20th achievement.
• You can now update a message in the best Cooking dish pop-up without displaying the announcement.
• If you click the goddess statue in the Uladh dungeon or mission, or leave the dungeon with the exit button, the combat mode will be canceled.
  • It is now possible to move with the Traveler’s Guide as soon as you exit the dungeon or mission.
• It has been changed so that you can now select and produce Avon Theatre Mission Passes with 20 Gold Play Pages.
  • The New King’s Request (Hard), Warden of the Gods (Hard), Guardian of Avon (Hard), Fortinbras’s Expedition (Hard).
  • The expiration time for each crafted pass is 9 hours.
  • Note: Hard Theatre Mission Pass can still be crafted using 5 Gold Play Pages as before.
• The minimap UI size and zoom level is now saved separately per character.
  • The mini-map setting values are saved locally on the PC that you are using and can be copied over and used on another PC.
    • These files can be found in your common Documents folder: C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\Mabinogi\Settings
• The Tara Auction House will be improved with new wares.
  • • • The number of items available in the auction has been increased to 5.

• During this event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] The Light of the Stars.
• Talk to Neo in Dunbarton to register a main character.
  • You can only register one main character per account.
• You will receive the following rewards after completing the guide quest:
  • Tiny Starbrite x10
  • 10,000 EXP
• Only the main character can participate in the quests and mini-games.
• When issuing a check from any bank in Erinn, all characters can receive a 15th Anniversary Check design.
• Note: You will be able to see shooting stars at night between 8 PM - 6 AM Erinn Time.
  • During the event, Star Cards can only be used at night.

[h2]15th Anniversary Hotdays[/h2]

• Login any time during the event period to receive the *NEW* 15th Anniversary Fantasy Star 2nd Title Coupon (Not Tradable).

• Every week (resets every Monday at 7:00 AM PDT), you will receive a special 5 Tiny Starbrite by logging in during the event period.
• Every weekend on Saturday and Sunday, you will receive 10 Tiny Starbrite and other items by logging in during the event period.
• Claim the item from the Hotday menu to receive it on your character or choose Claim Later if you want to receive it on another character.
• The item can be moved between characters through the bank.
• You can only claim the item once during the event period.

[h2]15th Anniversary Quests[/h2]

• Neo and his friends crash-landed their spaceship in Erinn! Everyone got scattered across the land and Neo needs your help finding everyone. A series of story quests will be available:

  • [Event] All Aboard the Friend-Ship 3
  • [Event] All Aboard the Friend-Ship 4
• Each quest must be completed before you can receive the next quest.
  • i.e. After completing [Event] All Aboard the Friend-Ship 1, you will receive [Event] All Aboard the Friend-Ship 2, and so on.
• When completing each quest, you will receive the following rewards:
  • Tiny Starbrite x10
  • 10,000 EXP

Achievement Quest - [Event] Party Favors

• You will receive the achievement quest, [Event] Party Favors.
• Complete the daily quest, [Event] The Fast and the Festive-ous, 5 times to receive the following reward:
  • Tiny Starbrite x60
• Complete the daily quest 10 times to receive the following reward:
  • Tiny Starbrite x110
• Complete the daily quest 20 times to receive the following reward:
  • Tiny Starbrite x160

Daily Quest - [Event] The Fast and the Festive-ous

• Every day, you will receive the daily quest, [Event] The Fast and the Festive-ous.
• You will need to complete different tasks around the Starlight Festival:
  • Help out Neo’s friends 1 time
    • Reward: Tiny Starbrite x5
  • Claim victory in a mini-game
    • Reward: Tiny Starbrite x5
  • Enter the Stage of Trials
    • Reward: Tiny Starbrite x5
• Once completed, you will receive the following rewards:
  • 10,000 EXP
• The daily quest resets at 7:00 AM PDT every day.

[Daily Quest Task] Help out Neo’s friends

• Each of Neo’s friends will offer a daily quest.
• Daily quests from each friend will become available after completing the event quests, [Event] All Aboard the Friend-Ship 1 through 4.
• Each quest will reward a different Star Card. Ruelle's missions also reward festival food!
• Only one daily quest can be completed each day.
• The daily quest resets at 7:00 AM PDT every day.

[Daily Quest Task] Claim victory in a mini-game

• Talk to Neo to play the Guess the Gesture or Dice Battle mini-game.
  • Dice Battle will be available after the 3rd week of the event: March 30th, after maintenance.
  • You can play either mini-game, but you can only win one mini-game each day.
• Guess the Gesture
  • Enter a mission with Neo and start the game. 
  • Neo will perform different gestures. 
  • Guess five gestures correctly in a row to win!
  • You can only win this mini-game once each day.
• Dice Battle
  • Battle against Neo with dice!
  • Each player will start with 100 HP.
  • Roll the dice to deal damage to the other player.
  • If Neo’s HP reaches 0, you win!
  • You can only win this mini-game once each day.

[Daily Quest Task] Enter the Stage of Trials

• Talk to Neo to enter the Stage of Trials mini-game.
• The Stage of Trials is a one room dungeon with 15 waves of enemies.
• You can enter the Stage of Trials up to 3 times each day. (resets daily at 7:00 AM PDT.)
  • Note: You cannot enter the Trials if you have Remote Coupons, or summoning dolls (Tiger Rag Doll, Marshal Cat Claw, etc.) in the inventory. Please deposit them in the bank or pet inventory to continue.
• Two modes are available:
  • Stage of Trials
    • You cannot revive.
    • You cannot bring a party or summon pets.
  • Stage of Trials (Veteran Mode)
    • All restrictions of Stage of Trials.
    • You cannot use potions.
    • You cannot use Anchor Rush or Tumble.
    • EXP reward is quadrupled.
• Depending on how many rounds you clear, you can earn Combat EXP, Exploration EXP, Music Renown EXP, or Life Renown EXP.
  • Talk to Neo and choose “Change Reward Type” to select your preferred EXP type.
• If you fail a round, you will be automatically revived and healed.
• Clear at least one round in the Stage of Trials to receive the 1st title:
  • who is Just Getting Started
    • Luck +18
• Clear all rounds in the Stage of Trials (any mode) to receive the 2nd title:
  • Stage of Trials Champion
    • Max Damage +18
    • Magic Attack +18
    • 

[h2]Tiny Starbrite Event Shop[/h2]

Consumable Shop

• Exchanges Tiny Starbrites for various goodies in Neo’s shop.
• Tiny Starbrites can be obtained from Event Quests and Hotdays.
• Items with a weekly purchase limit will reset on Thursdays at 7:00 AM PDT.
• Items in the Consumable Shop tab have an item duration of 14 days.
• Star Cards do not stack with other items that provide the same effect.
• Star Cards can only be used while the shooting stars are falling in Erinn, between 8 PM - 6 AM Erinn Time.
