- During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Spin to Win!
- Find Rilka in the Dunbarton Town Square.
- Register a main character with Rilka.
- You can only register one character per account.
- You will receive the following rewards after completing [Guide] Spin to Win!:
- The event resets daily at 7:00 AM PT.
- Log in every day to receive Revolutionary Roulette Coins.
- Every 30 minutes, you will receive Revolutionary Roulette Coin x5 up to 6 times for a total of 30 coins.
- On the weekends, you will receive Revolutionary Roulette Coin x5 up to 10 times for a total of 50 coins.

Roulette Quest VIP (Achievement)
- Help Rilka out by completing various daily tasks.
- Talk to Rilka and click "Select Daily Quest".
- Select one of the following quests to complete:
- Clear Daily Shadow Mission 1 time
- Clear Uladh Dungeon 1 time (any difficulty)
- Clear Daily Tara Mission Quest 1 time (any difficulty)
- Clear Daily Taillteann Mission Quest 1 time (any difficulty)
- Defeat 100 monsters
- Complete a Part-Time Job 2 times
- Gather 10 Eggs
- Gather 20 Wool
- Use Cooking 5 times
- Use Potion Making 5 times
- You can only select one daily quest per real life day.
- Once you complete the daily quest, you will get the following rewards:
- 20,000 EXP
- Revolutionary Roulette Coin x15
- Revolutionary Roulette Coin x30 on the weekends only
- Complete a daily quest for Rilka 16 times to receive the following rewards:
- 20,000 EXP

Coupon Clipper (Daily)
- Talk to Rilka and click "Find Roulette Coupons".
- To collect Roulette Coupons, defeat monsters that are of Similar, Strong, Awful, or Boss level.
- Higher level monsters have higher drop rates.
- Deliver Roulette Coupons x2 to Rilka five times (for a total of 10 coupons) to receive the following rewards:
- 20,000 EXP
- Revolutionary Roulette Coin x10
- You can only receive this quest once per real life day.

- Use Revolutionary Roulette Coin x20 to spin the Roulette Wheel for prizes.
- You can win any of the following prizes from the Roulette Wheel:

- Wings have Set Item stat effects valid for 182 days (6 months).
- Attack Delay Reduction 10 Increase
- Magic Attack Increase 10 Increase
- Max Damage Increase 10 Increase

- When the wings expire, the Set Item effects can no longer be used.
