The following Events, Sales, and Promotions are running: NEXT: Arcana Update
  • The NEXT: Arcana Update is here. See the dedicated microsite and the update post for more information!
    • New Arcana Talents, Elemental Knight and Harmonic Saint have been added.
      • You must be over cumulative level 10,000 in order to start prerequisite quests.
    • New Skills are added for both Arcana Talents.
    • New titles have been added for the new Arcana Talents.
    • The existing Grandmaster Guide quests have been removed and replaced.
    • New UIs have been added for Managing Arcana and Arcana Links.
    • Information related to Arcana has been added to the Basic Info tab of the Character Info menu.
    • The Arcana tab has been added to the Talent menu.
    • An active Arcana Talent tab is added to the Skill menu.
    • New NPCs Laoire, Cowenna, and Eochaid have been added.
    • A new area, the Arcana Association Room, has been added.
    • And more! 
The following bug fixes have been made to the game:
  • Fixed an issue where certain Moon-Gates and Mana-Tunnels when used on the World Map would lead to incorrect destinations.
  • Fixed an issue where during the Memoir Quest "Nele's Music Basics", some objectives were displayed incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where  Beach Vacation Pedicure was invisible on Giant characters wearing Morrighan's Regalia (F).
The following are known bugs:
  • There is an issue where you cannot Friend Summon using Fynn Pets. It will show the error, "Unavailable because the owner has opened a Personal Shop".
  • During the Kraken Rex boss fight, Kraken Rex will use an attack that will cause players to lose protection, semi-permanently, until they change channels or relog.
  • There is an issue where the Today Visitor Count does not reset to 0. When a visiting character visits the Homestead, the Today and Total Count accumulates normally.
  • The available upgrades in the Item Upgrade may overlap in the UI if the window is increased.
  • Homestead Anvils and Furnaces have settings to allow visitors to use them, but do not actually restrict the use of the items.
  • There is a slight graphical error where part of the hose is missing when a William or Butler Partner uses the Water Hose gesture.
  • Some Partner gestures that have them holding a weapon will appear as though the weapon is disconnected and floating.
  • There are Partner gestures that do not activate when a Partner has something equipped in their left hand.
  • There is an issue after using the Thunder skill, the character can't charge Thunder again until after the Thunder bolt hits/damages enemies.
  • If you try to change your style to an appearance already saved in a Beauty Slot, it will say it failed.
  • There is a minor visual issue with the Beauty Slot text if you scroll up and down after expanding the Beauty Slot.
  • The outline color when clicking on an empty Beauty Slot is incorrect.
  • There is text cut-off in the Buy Item UI when buying the Royal Society Appreciation Box from Melwyn.
  • The inventory image for the Mace of Mercy is incorrect.
  • Feeding a Pet Instructor Stick to a Level 100 Spirit weapon will cause the character to freeze.
  • If you had a unicode heart on your wedding ring, the heart appears as a question mark.
  • The Shaggy Perm hairstyle can be saved in a Beauty Slot.
  • Cobweb Mummy enemies do not appear in the Alby Advanced Dungeon.
  • Guilds are not appearing in the Guild List.
  • When you first open the Master Plan Inventory, it will incorrectly show as locked. Closing and reopening the inventory will fix the issue.
  • There is a minor graphical issue with the Special Shining Stage Concert Costume (M) when the character equipped with the outfit is running.
  • Scathach's hands do not match her skin color.
  • The Tail Chasers mini-game in Festia is currently inaccessible.
  • Guild stones can be placed very close to each other.
  • Some players have encountered an issue when using Fynn Sync for Corgi pets.
    • A further uncommon issue can occur where placing items into the pet's inventory will disappear.
  • Minimizing the game client for an extended period of time while at an active Field Raid may cause the window to stop responding.
  • A rare issue has been reported where raids do not spawn correctly on certain channels.
  • A textural error in Port Ceann has been reported.
  • Nascent Divinity causes players with Almond skintones to become teal.
  • There is an issue where one-time/limited item cannot be purchased from the ingame shop, but can be on the web-shop.
  • The Intricate Braid Hair (F) does not animate properly in some cases.
  • After completing G24, the first quest of G25 does not arrive, and cannot be started in Storyline UI.
  • There is a text error with the rank up requirements for the skill "Hydra Transmutation".
  • The talents that are used for Arcana Talents have text cut off on the Rebirth screen.
  • In the Storyline menu, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 will inaccurately allow players to start a replay, though this will only consume resources.
  • Certain Moon Gates and Mana Tunnels are leading to wrong locations when teleporting with the Traveler's Guide.

Snowflower Tree Festival Event Returns!



The mysterious Snowflower Tree has reappeared in Vales! Send your wishes to the Snowflower Tree and earn some rewards such as the Snow Cloud Bed or the various Homestead items! Help make this festival a lively one by completing daily quests every day. Check out the details below!
[h2]Event Details[/h2]
Event Dates: Thursday, December 15th, After Maintenance - Thursday, January 12th, 2023, Before Maintenance
  • During the event, you will receive the quest, [Guide] Wishing Snowflower Tree Festival.
  • You will also receive Orange Wings of a Goddess (Snowflower Festival) that will teleport you.
  • Register a main character with Lily at the festival location.
  • You can only register one character per account.
  • Once registered, you will receive the daily quest [Event] Make a Wish.
  • Stay logged in for 36 minutes each day to receive a Wishing Snow Crystal.
  • You can help Nelche and Garon to receive more Wishing Snow Crystals!
  • When you use the Wishing Stone Crystal 2 times, and talk to Lily, you will receive the following rewards:
    • 20,000 EXP
    • 3 Snowflower Tree Festival Gift Box
  • Each time you put a wish into the Wishing Snow Crystal, you will receive 1 Snowflower Tree Festival Giftbox.
  • If enough players put wishes into the Wishing Snow Crystal and send it off to the Snowflower Tree, the tree will shine for 2 hours.
  • If you talk to Lily while the tree is shining, you will receive 1 Special Snowflower Tree Festival Box and 1 Snowflower Tree Festival Coin Box.
  • Wishing Snow Crystals will disappear every day at 7:00 AM PST so be sure to use them all beforehand.

  • You have a choice of either helping Nelche or Garon for the daily quest.
  • To receive the daily quest, talk to Lily and click on Receive Daily Quest.
Helping Neche collect Mysterious Pages
  • If you decide to help Nelche, you will receive the daily quest [Event] Gather Mysterious Pages.
  • Mysterious Pages have a chance to drop from all monsters in Erinn.
  • The higher ranked monsters have a higher drop rate.
  • When you gather 10 Mysterious Pages and talk to Nelche, you will receive the following rewards:
    • 20,000 EXP
    • 1 Wishing Snow Crystal
    • 1 Snowflower Tree Festival Gift Box
  • Mysterious Pages disappear daily at 7:00 AM PST
Helping Garon collect Lively Melodies
  • If you decide to help Garon, you will receive the daily quest [Event] Gather Lively Melodies.
  • You can get a Lively Melody each time you play a song that lasts at least 1 minute and consists of 300 or more notes.
  • You must use the Playing Instrument skill in order to obtain Lively Melodies.
  • The quality of your performance does not affect whether or not you get Lively Melodies.
  • When you gather 10 Lively Melodies and talk to Garon, you will receive the following rewards:
    • 20,000 EXP
    • 1 Wishing Snow Crystal
    • 1 Snowflower Tree Festival Gift Box
  • Lively Melodies disappear daily at 7:00 AM PST.

  • Completing the daily quest [Event] Make a Wish a set amount of times will earn you a Snowflower Tree Festival Coin Box.

  • Talk to Lily to complete the quest and receive the following rewards:
